This organisation has the worst customer service I...

This organisation has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They lie, never keep to deadlines, do a terrible job and attempt to justify it but then ignore you.
Their following staff members need to be performance managed:
Jane Bolton, Head of Housing - CMPH
Andrew Keane - Estate Services Manager - CMPH
Pamela Roberts - Estate Services - CMPH
Beverley Pine - Estate Services - CMPH
Craig Buller - Estate surveyor - CMPH
The five individuals above are falsifying documents to make it appear to management that they are doing a great job. I have proof of this and the local MP does too. The board and senior management need to take action!
