Golding homes should be discussed with there self have 3 disabled people with no toliet shower sinks do to sewage blockage phoning all day 20th march to be told lie after lie the send plummber out who they told me that his phone was off no wasnt be be sitting indoors waiting for calls then to come out and he cant sort sewage out then he rang goldings yes we be out by 9pm then to get a call to say we not coming leaving us all weekend with no toliet i have stomach probs mean my stomach can burst prob kill me to hold on because no toliet then to be told ring ambulance as that solve 1 problem im discussted this is way you treat disabled people i will be ringing km on Monday and my mp do you now how this upsetting it is for a lady we will see when you go in km no im not ringing fir all calls ive made today and lie after lie all forgiven orbit wish I never left them lest they had so much care for there disabled residence

My partner and I were looking at a lovely property in Ashford for rent; the new build had no curtain rails, and Golding Homes were flat out unwilling to provide them. All tenants would have to provide them themselves; and either take them with them when they leave, or leave them and their outlay for future tenants to reap. Unfortunately Golding's inflexibility has lost them two reliable tenants today. I should note that this property has no white goods; however curtain rails are as or more expensive than a white good, may not be able to fit a new window; and when removing them may leave plaster damage; which the tenant must pay for.

absolutely the worst agency in Kent and maybe the UK? arrogant style of response - no possibility of reporting a repair by phone or email - no one answers calls or e-mails - repairs take months
Golding homes really need to disappear from the market - it would be a great relief for anyone who tries to report a problem to them.

The worst housing association on face of this earth.

Faults reported are never addressed on time and the tenant has to keep chasing them up. This poses another problem... They take ages to answer the phone. If you're at work and only have a thirty minutes break, most of the time, the call is not answered within that time.

My previous housing association, Orbit South Housing, were great and I miss them.

Previous experience of fault repair- electric shower not working properly and low pressure, you send a electrician? Surely a plumber needed! Crazy so called repair service,not good enough but as others state you quickly and happily take my rent

Keys supposed to be handed over January 2021 All references done now constant delays for no reason move put back to March 2021, can t contact Golding homes no response from calls and messages. Be aware when dealing with these people things not right !!!

Renting a garage from this "company". The garage is in such a state that once it rains the water stays inside for days. Seemingly it has never been repaired since it was built probs 40 years ago. To my numerous calls and complains there is either no feedback or very little suggesting that they have told the appropriate department and then nothing comes out of that. The only thing they do well is taking rent. Always on time, otherwise this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
