Awful experience with Circle Housing.
After sending a letter that needed to be signed and post back to me within 2 weeks, it has been 6 weeks now and still no news. I have been calling every single day to speak to somebody and get an update but the only answer I got was: " he/she is not available right now but will call you back" and they never did.
Waste of time. Good advise: get your solicitor to deal with them if you don't want to finish nerve wreck like me.
