Friendly staff, good food, good rooms, good accessibility, good atmosphere

Top location for a meeting right on the A28. Well cared for, solid reception.

The food and especially for and main course is fine. Rooms somewhat dated. Food 4 *, hotel room 3 *. Location is excellent

I only came to pick up someone ... not much else to report.

Very nice stay for work. The breakfast is great and you can relax at this location.

Nice hotel, easily accessible, Zwolle center just too far to go on foot. As a Hanseatic city, Zwolle is certainly worth a visit.
Hotel is good, clean, extensive breakfast buffet, but rooms are very basic for a **** hotel. The lobby, bar and breakfast room are nicely decorated but unfortunately this was not extended to the rooms.

Nice room, unfortunately in the annex (there was no connection with the main building Sept. '18) so we had to go to the main building due to the rain.

A nice clean hotel with great breakfast buffet. Unfortunately for the price in our opinion too expensive. Since we were for much less money already in better hotels with larger rooms. But since we were on the road all day anyway, it was ok. Staff was very friendly. The only thing we did not like is that the tables were not cleared at breakfast ...

Breakfast was great, a friendly lady asked if we missed something for breakfast, but couldn't think of anything, perfect!

Great location to stay, work, eat or meet. Slightly outdated, but nothing wrong with that.

The most important thing about a hotel is the overnight stay. Unfortunately a bed too small for someone over 1.95 cm. Showering in the morning without hot water. Something was broken and has since been repaired. I could shower again was the message. Breakfast was fine but no coffee due to defective device. There were jugs of filter coffee
I lag behind due to lack of service. She stood at the reception with her hand leaning against a pole and chatting with her colleague. The food the previous evening was fine and good (delicious lemonade) and the service at that time was friendly and helpful. Just like the reception crew that evening. In short, a mix of pluses and minuses. But the big minuses count the most because I was mainly concerned with sleeping and showering.

We have spent 2 nights in this hotel. I have to say SUPER! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I am not allowed to eat gluten and I passed this on at breakfast. Hennie returned with the freshly baked gluten-free sandwiches. Can I do anything else for you do I have to do something for you? AWESOME that Hennie. Is an asset to the hotel. But all the other staff also take a thumbs up. Highly recommended.

The host was accommodating and very friendly. Service was all he was about. It was great service.

The rooms were very nice. The food was wonderful. For breakfast there is buffet otherwise what is on the menu. The rooms are closed with a card (small tip on the edge, the card not near a cell phone, otherwise you have to recharge the card.)

So cool !! Slept and eaten wonderfully, after the fantastic marriage proposal of my friend at the Ice Sculpture Festival in the Ijsselhallen, Mercure Zwolle offered us a room!

We think it is a bit of a shame to pay for parking as a hotel guest.

Older Mercure Hotel, business style. Friendly staff, Rooms rather small and packed with big furniture. Small bathroom with shower. Huge pay parking... not even for free for the guest. In the outskirts of Zwolle close to all highways
It was ok for our 1 night stay on a transfer.

Get lessons there and everything is always taken care of. Delicious snacks and drinks during the intermission.

Visited the restaurant.

I ordered risotto with cheese and asparagus and pancetta for starter.
It was fantastic and just as creamy as it should be.

Main course was tagliatelle with sauce Bolognese, and a bowl of salad.
That was also a good experience, and the salad was just my kind of salad.

I wouldn't mind coming here again.

Lovely staff and clean, but old rooms and bad equipped. Breakfast is a little confusing and not I have seen better at Novotel!

Nice bar staff and beautiful surroundings! In the summer, the terrace is definitely worth a drink.

Not the best of hotels they really only want business people and there is no attraction for tourists. I found the restaurant very poor evening good food. Be aware many eating places in the town will not take credit cards so you must carry More

Clean rooms, surrounded by greenery and yet in no time in the old town of Zwolle. In the rooms at the front you can hear the motorway, friendly staff, very helpful, anytime again

Well-appointed, corporate hotel. Conveniently located on the national highways

Had wonderful Easter brunch here, was well cared for.

The room is small but has its own modern industrial style, the breakfast is fresh and delicious, there is freshly squeezed orange juice, and it is very comfortable to live.

Less attractive via public transport, due to the timetable of buses and the location of the hotel. The service, the rooms and the restaurant are excellent.

Hotel clean and well maintained. Staff friendly. Nice ambience. The city of Zwolle is beautiful in itself. It's just a shame that you have trouble parking there due to the integrated parking app. Parking machines are therefore blocked, apparently you pay with some kind of apps.
In the shopping street itself, there are no dogs allowed. Also uncool. There are dog poop bags if that's the reason.

This is a good clean hotel with parking, good breakfast and competent staff.

The only drawback is the size of the room, I find it a bit small.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The rooms were clean, the service was nice. The hotel is located a bit off and we had to take a taxi go get to the city but all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Atmospheric and very friendly and service-oriented service

After being welcomed in a nice lobby, we had a dinner in a cosy restaurant. The menu existed of delicious choices at reasonable price. The restaurant also had a selection of well known and less known beers.

The environment is beautiful you need only 5 min by car to the city there is also a good bus connection the rooms aind nice and modern decor it was all clean the bed is very comfortable a really nice hotel

This is the place where East and West meet for business meetings. I was here at the start and finish of a cycling race. For this it is not the ideal place, in terms of ambiance, but I still felt welcome.

The dino arrangement was perfectly fine. The lady at breakfast was fantastic. Recommended.

Located on bit strange location. Inside is t tidy. Operation friendly, not very fast but the person seemed to be alone, with a large group, so I think he couldn't do much about it.
