Mercure Hotel Zwolle Reviews

I stayed here for 7 weeks for a schooling. It was cleaned well and it was generally very quiet. Accessibility by public transport was poor after office hours. Very nice staff and a good breakfast.

Outside is a bit boring, inside nicely decorated. Enough coffee corners with water points on each floor. And with some goodies. Ample parking spaces. Easy to find.

Along the highway but in large parts of the hotel nothing to notice. Attentive staff who think along with you.

Actually a nice hotel. On the first day the breakfast was very good, on the second day unfortunately a disaster. The staff absolutely on the sleep. Many juices were not refilled, the machine for freshly squeezed orange juice stuck, no one cared. The scrambled eggs were just mushy. Coffee machine was not filled up. The fruit was from the previous day. Dishes were not cleared. Too bad. The dinner (menu) was delicious. The staff there also nice, as well at the front desk and bar. The rooms are ok.

Nice hotel, just outside the center of Zwolle.
Reception fine, room fine, price / quality ratio okay. Coffee is free, good coffee! Extensive breakfast.

No best experience. Small dated room. Booked online at own site mercure. Fast check in completed via credit card details. Is a completely different invoice amount than when booking. Upon settlement, they set up 3 euros in parking fees. Showing printed online bill is nowhere stated that this must be paid for. After all, the parking machine even has a defect. Lady at the desk explained, totally no understanding or service oriented action. Don't come back here. Good tip 6 km away brand new van der Valk with good price quality ratio.

Friendly, very clean, great breakfast. Room a bit too small for 2 people, shower too slippery to be safe.

We really felt welcome thanks to the friendly staff. It was food was really good. Good location. Had a nice solution for our not working e-bike. Solutions are thought of. A must for everyone.

No rec room? I need to vent some energy after a good congress! Where is the pool? The Fusbal? The biljards or the pingpong? I looked all over the place three time but ended up disappointed eacht time..

Been here for a course alone. The location is easy to reach and has lots of parking. Lunch is good. A very good location for a course.

Pleasant hotel near the Dinoland in Zwolle. The "dino room" was clean and functional. The breakfast buffet was good and tasty. We especially liked the really friendly staff. We will be back.

For training courses and courses it is a great location, friendly staff. Buffet is also good enough.

Good sleeping and very good restaurant. The most orange juice squeezed in the morning. By cons I had asked for a room upstairs and I had a room on the ground floor overlooking the parking. Convenient location on the edge of the motorway but in a green park. Terrace in summer for the restaurant

I gave a training here. From the outside and the inside it is a typical hotel to see. However, the care is very good. Very good rooms, good lunch and satisfied students. The staff is helpful and friendly. Really a good thing!

Modern lobby. Room had a somewhat older decor. Bathroom was also very modern. Front desk staff was very friendly. Location was slightly less activities were not within walking distance. These can be done by car / bicycle.

Good accessibility from the highway, nice meeting point for business appointments. First impression when you enter the site is nice and spacious, but also somewhat dated and a parking lot with a barrier is also less accessible / customer-friendly. Incidentally, parking is free for guests and I understand the dilemma of the hotel operator who wants to keep his "own property" available for his guests. Inside it is a bit dark and searching for the right place. The large meeting room is modernly furnished and has a good atmosphere, albeit not particularly cozy or outspoken. Prices are average, just like the ones offered. A good hotel for the business traveler and professional who wants to organize a business event or meeting. I can hardly imagine that the tourist has a lot to look for here. There are plenty of alternatives with more atmosphere in the center of Zwolle for that.

Course followed in 1 of the meeting rooms. Very well cared for in the hallway, all kinds of delicious things were prepared. And lunch was very good too. The corona measures are also carefully monitored.

Fine parking, great building further, little special image

I have been here for a two-day training with overnight stay. The location was very suitable for that. There are spaces for activities. The rooms look good. And the food was amazing.

Great place for a course. Catering is well organized. Room too. Didn't have to sleep there so I can't say anything about it ...

Visited this location as part of a training course. Staff is friendly, lunch is proper. Location is suitable for training.

Yesterday on arrival nice and friendly helped me.
At first glance the hotel looked ok but when you walk in or you suddenly walk into another hotel.
Nice homely and quite spacious inside and unfortunately no cows look everywhere beautiful over the meadows.
Yesterday eaten well and certainly affordable even though I am one of your colleagues.
Restaurant very warm and homey and staff friendly to have a chat with.
The room was clean and tidy plus point the TV is super cool.
Bed was nice and beautiful view over the green meadows.

Because of this man and the other colleagues this makes this an incredibly beautiful experience for me and will recommend everyone to come here if you are not allowed to leave the Netherlands.

Dinoland arrangement done, super fun for the kids, Dinoland entrance tickets, dinosaur room and dino breakfast.

Fine hotel for business travel, good bar and restaurant.

The space is not big, go with the group, the price is not clear.

Nice hotel near the A28. For me the 1st and last time. Mattress hard, rooms noisy. Imagine lying next to me until half past 3 disaster ramps. Every bump and moan audibly. Breakfast was good. Furthermore, neat and clean but again very noisy

Everything was neatly arranged the premises are somewhat dated good parking and well situated on the highway.

Nice hotel with beautiful walking running path. Just couple of miles away from Zwolle station and an hour by train to Amsterdam station. Restaurant has some vegetarian options.

Eaten with family in the Mercure hotel. Nice hotel and well cared for. We were assigned a special place in a corner. With so much space in the restaurant, it was not my preferred spot. Food was good, even though I found the value for money far away. For this money I would have expected something more, but that is of course personal and I am not a restaurant reviewer. Staff were friendly and correct, nothing to complain about. They wanted a lot and were very helpful.

There may well be some sort of unit in this hotel, always a surprise whether or not you have breakfast for the same price.
Verders nice and polite staff.

Accommodation somewhat dated, kitchen uses very good quality ingredients. Breakfast fine. Covid rules well designed.
