Very well designed business hotel. Very nice staff. It speaks both English and German. Very nice rooms with good facilities + air conditioning. Very good dinner with 3 courses. We were very satisfied.

Good location for meetings. Only 2 coffee machines for 9 rooms or something. If anyone comes to equal you have to wait. For the rest, fine.

Friendly staff, restaurant chair is really not relaxed I had a conversation, conversation partner was therefore consciously on the couch. I went there with pain in my back away sin.

I had lessons at 7 pm at Mercure. But had not yet had a warm dinner. Order placed at 18.40 and the delicious risotto dish was already on my table at 18.48. I was just in time to start my weekly training.

Cozy hotel on the outskirts of Zwolle. BInnenstadt absolutely worth seeing. Food in the hotel was very good. The best we had in 2 weeks Holland.
Nice meeting rooms and a delicious lunch. The soup in particular was perfectly fine.
Clean as usual, didn't get the member discount as we didn't book online for once. This was our go-hotel for when we're around, but will go somewhere else next time.

The spectacular breakfast. In everything else, everything you can expect from a hotel like that. What I did not like is that the double bed was no more than two beds next to each other, with all the discomforts that implies.

Very clean and good breakfast. Kind personnel. Rooms are not very big, but it's okay. It's also a little bit further away from the City Centre: 10/15 minutes by bike or 30/45 minutes walking.

Wrong train caught so I needed a hotel and after some searching I could get a room here without a reservation after midnight. Room was nice clean and staff were helpful.
I had dinner at the restaurant while staying in Zwolle on a business trip. The food was excellent and the service attentive.
Hotel is located in the outskirts of Zwolle, easily and quickly accessible via the A50 and A28. Hotel has a very large parking. Visitors and guests of the hotel can park for free, which is not immediately clear at the entrance gate. The building looks less attractive on the outside, but the inside is well cared for. Downside was that the room was not equipped with any climate control.
Very poor hotel out in the middle of nowhere l was advised that the hotel really only wants to cater for business people and not holiday visitors. The top floor rooms only have skyline windows. So of the staff are good but most give out wrong information. Restaurant charges a lot for food which is not is not very good quality.

Spacious room. Very good buffet breakfast (freshly squeezed fresh orange juice), but they do not have soy or oat milk. Parking is 3 per day. It is far from the center.
Very nice rooms and friendly staff and one nice view
Nice as a course location. You have to find your own way to the room where the course takes place. The staff are clearly not there to welcome and guide you. The good coffee and sweet and savory snacks for breaks make up for it. Planning around lunch does not go smoothly either, because all empty bins and waiting for the staff to realize.
The biggest drawback of this location is that it is not accessible by public transport and facilities for cyclists are moderate. No charging points for electric bicycles.

Great location on the edge of the city. Nice luxury room. Friendly and helpful staff with good overall attitude. Breakfast very good, bar with wide choice of beer and wines and cheerful bar staff. Dinner menu ok but avoid lamb and pork mains. Starters and puddings great. Overall a very good hotel and excellent value.
