Service is of extremely poor quality. Very rude call center, no respect for applicants. Very Disappointed

They speak very poorly in English, have long ranks, and have non-professional workers.

Why rate the French Embassy? I think for a wonderful language, a wonderful country and good wine! Five Stars! Viva Oy France!

I wasn't able to answer 4 missed calls from the French Embassy due to certain circumstances. I called them back at 3 PM to find out what the reason for the call was. It would have been more helpful to receive an email instead of a phone call. When I called back the embassy the person on the phone was extremely rude. He told me that there is basically nothing they can do. He didn't ask me for my name, information, email. When I asked if there is anything else I can do, the associate on the phone answered "You should have answered your phone when we called you." Very unprofessional, rude, and not helpful whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Issues visas to France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Luxembourg to Azerbaijani citizens. I have personally addressed this embassy for visa on numerous occasions. Very professional and helpful. Prefer this embassy to many other schengen issuing ones in Baku.
