Very clean and neat. Front desk service could be improved

Reasonable rates. Possiblity to book for the day and not a night. Nice bathroom, properly speperated from the room, not those stupid open bathrooms/showers.

Really nice comfortable rooms with 5 star bathrooms. The staff are really friendly too. No swimming pool though. Overall 9/10.

Good pricing. Friendly staff. A good center point for jozi north

Neat, clean and friendly staff. Rooms are small but everything is there. Beds are fine and no noise nuisance ... Recommended.

That night was a water issue
Saturday morning needed to go somewhere early there was no water again... Brought it to the managers knowledge all she said was sorry no reimbursement or anything of that sort or plan or make a plan to make our stay better on another day... I asked if the sorry was all she said yes n walked away

It's a reasonable hotel. Can do better if they changed the worn out lounge suite in the reception

After been robbed in one hotel close by, i moved in and it was the best i ever had, you might want to change somethings in your bar BUT its good atmosphere, amicable staff, safe and secure...

The best hotel for the price. Room was very clean. Hotel is located close to N1.There is a McDonald's as well as a Steers nearby. It is also close to a Mall that has everything you can ever want for your stay in south africa. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is beatifull, quite and next to the shopping mall.

The hotel is a good hotel,but could do with a few improvements like the bar should be opened for 24 hours and the TV only plays 13 channels for a hotel that cost R670 per night/room other hotels/lodges that cost for only R450 have premium subscribed DSTV's and TV

Our experience here wasn't great. Turned up after a full day in the air to find out our booking wasn't on the system despite us having paperwork, leading to very expensive overseas calls to get sorted.
We also didn't get a breakfast despite paying for it, the excuse being we should have asked at reception sooner as we needed a 'packed breakfast'.
We had requested it in the early afternoon, and it was the manager we spoke to. Apparently he forgot to tell the kitchen staff and by this point (7pm) it was too late to arrange one. There is a supermarket a stones throw from the hotel so they could have at least got us something from there, and we had paid in advance for a breakfast and the reception staff knew full well we were leaving early.
Bad service and a feel of 'too much trouble' for virtually everything. Almost everybody employed here was useless.

Basic, but clean budget hotel. Conveniently located just off Republic Rd. in Randburg with relatively easy access to N1 highway. The Brightwater Commons Shopping center is just around the corner.

We have been customers for many years. Never dissappointed.

it was great..the breakfast was great and the room was spacious enough for 2.i dont have any complaints apart from the heater which didnt keep the room as warm was i wished.Customer service was great.I would come back here.

Had welcome cocktales was really good. The staff are always so happy and helpful. Really nice place to stay at. Rooms are clean and rrally comfy.

Menu for supper is very limited. Needs to be improved.

Lights didnt work neither did the aircon system in the room. My friends room had no tea soon and dirty cups. Would avoid staying here again

Accommodation was good, they need to improve when it comes to their restaurant.

The rooms were underwhelming and the extra blanket was not clean. The food was worse (Dinner) though breakfast was alright. The service great but they need to work on their meals. Dinner was very limited and it's the same every night.

Staff was very empathetic. Rooms were a but small but kept tidy and clean

The bathrooms are tiny and didn't have enough towels or products. No hair dryer. A night male staff at the reception wasn't there when I came down to ask for help. A lady the next morning was pretty helpful though.

I only have one point to bring out about this hotel, beside its good prices: I had arrived late at the room and my girlfriend woke up to open the door for me. I had never felt her so warm our entire relationship. I do not know what covers you use, but I'd definetely use that as a competitive advantage!

Not worth the money spend. First room carpets very dirty, toilet lid broken. Second room ovelooking a garden....not correct....looking straight into squatters camp. No room service...service in restaurant worst ever.
