Not bad, missing the dinner offering part for people who do not know much about Randburg or wish not to travel around the corner

Number 1 service staff very friendly room very clean I like it

Stayed here several times, its good value for the money and its close to Brightwater Commons with a decent selection of restaurants as well as a supermarket. Clean rooms, good service but the wifi is capped so just just be mindful of your usage.

Inexpensive, clean, well appointed rooms. We stayed 2 nights and it was very comfortable and convenient.

Very friendly staff, and service is very good I would recommend this hotel. Just wish there was a woolwortgs food store nearby walking distance

Friendly and helpful staff all round. From security, help desk, assistants and cleaners. My business colleague forgot his Air pods in his room. When he went back the cleaner kept them safely in their lost box they keep with their trolleys. Great service!

Good Hotel for short visits to Johannesburg especially Randburg CBD

Mercure hotel is a beautiful place if you are around Randburg come to Mercure hotel is affordable price

Warm and hospitable staff, cosy rooms, good rates, nice breakfast, warm conversations at the bar, 2 minute walking distance to a mall and just under an hour from the airport. You just can't go wrong here.

Overall service could be improved. The very least is provide complementary drinking water for guests. However if you re on a budget, not a bad option.

Great rooms but was let down by the breakfast offered

The place is neat. The reception is spot on with bookings. The rooms are maintained in high standard. The kitchen nd dining area is a nightmare,the standard has dropped dramatically compared to 2 years back when we only got breakfast nd sourced our supper from da shops at da mall,now that they do their own cooking for supper its problem after problem you dont look forward to supper. Thats da only area they need to work on if they still want to be in business

A no fuss Hotel. Love their location. Right next door to Ferndale on Republic. All the banks, restuarants and retail shops. Front desk very helpful and security visible all the time

Great place. D only reason I didn't give dem total is because I didn't eat.

Just fair. Old tired rooms. Absolutely horrid internet wifi in the rooms, noisy near a busy road, not much good. A passable room I suppose near a new shopping area. But furniture worn down and chipped and tired. No pride of ownership. I suppose you get what you pay for. I would not stay at this place again.

Friendly reception staff and also willing to assist when you need help

Rooms are clean but often smell like smoke. Not the hotel's fault but people smoke in the toilet and it gets pushed to other room via the airways. Breakfast is good and staff friendly. Close to a shopping centre and reasonable priced.

For being part of a chain, I expected more from the Hotel. Very simple, it doesn't even look like Mercure ... And look, I've stayed in several and I can speak.

with a revamped shopping center just opposite it, its a lovely place to stay

No, I have not stayed here, but I have had breakfast a few times. I would recommend the breakfast at this hotel. Not overly expensive and very enjoyable.

Food is fantastic, staff are nice, and the room has everything you need. Maybe they can just deep clean those carpets to bump them up to 5 stars!

Comfortable rooms with an awesome breakfast buffet, omelettes are good! Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel positioned right next to Bright Water Commons, which has a good selection of restaurants.

Beautiful, family friendly and most affordable hotel in the Northern Surburbs of Johannesburg

No water in the bar fridge.
No lotion in the bathroom.
Dirty tables at breakfast.
Cutlery only came after we had taken our buffet breakfast and sat ourself down.
Tired bed linen.
