Our experience here wasn't great. Turned up after a full day in the air to find out our booking wasn't on the system despite us having paperwork, leading to very expensive overseas calls to get sorted.
We also didn't get a breakfast despite paying for it, the excuse being we should have asked at reception sooner as we needed a 'packed breakfast'.
We had requested it in the early afternoon, and it was the manager we spoke to. Apparently he forgot to tell the kitchen staff and by this point (7pm) it was too late to arrange one. There is a supermarket a stones throw from the hotel so they could have at least got us something from there, and we had paid in advance for a breakfast and the reception staff knew full well we were leaving early.
Bad service and a feel of 'too much trouble' for virtually everything. Almost everybody employed here was useless.
