Room was a little dated but staff very friendly and other areas of the hotel were very modern and clean. Breakfast is vast and good quality.

Business hotel. Rooms small but fine. Always gets a bit fussy when you are addressed in English in the Netherlands.

The safety hazard of the hotel is very serious. The breakfast has a passport in the bag on the table. It disappears within 10 seconds in a blink of an eye. I immediately contact the hotel staff. As a result, they are very irresponsible. They obviously have monitoring but they will not help you immediately. And all kinds of congestion, delay, and do not give you an alarm, let you go to the police station to call the police, do not provide any help for you are a foreigner language and other inconvenient conditions! It is really a poor service, reminding domestic compatriots that you must not order for this kind of hotel. Once you have any problems, you will only be unlucky!

Great place to stay. Only complaint is the train station is about 8 to 10 minutes walk. They do provide a shuttle to the station but still its not always available. One thing that confuses me though are the shower doors. They only cover 1/4 of the tub so it becomes confined space because I don't want to flood the bathroom floor which is inevitable with that design. Other than that I'm definitely returning.

The hotel was a wonderful experience for my family and I. It was easy to get to via the train and it is situated next to a river. The facilities inside the hotel was excellent and the restaurant was great for us as a family. It provided all eating choices for us. The rooms we had were big and spacious and comfortable. It was quiet and safe.

A hotel from and to Lakhnham Hrameh calculated the right of three rooms and shook two barriers and paid the right of two and concluded the period and Gina last night withdrew from the Visa 2000 riyals they withdrew and say you are two rooms and two rooms and Sestim Madri similar to what is visible to them so and their eyes return Vlosna and Ready to file a case against them in a Dutch court

Very modern, quiet ... Staff very very friendly .... The only drawback .. The pillows are much too high or thick and therefore the nights were not very relaxing for me

Less suitable for families as it depends on the metro

But this is just around the corner and every minute drives and one is in ten minutes in the central station ... We found it perfect and were accordingly very well fortified. From morning to late evening on the way and could see and experience a lot ...

Nice hotel ! Ideal location, not too far from the metro and 10 minutes from city. The private room is highly recommended, coffee machine in the room, rain shower, large bed!

I was there for the end of the year and on the second day the hot air did not work or there was no hot water, we got up, we communicated it at the reception and they told us that they would look at it, we arrived late and the surprise was that they had not done anything, I still did not go. After several complaints and already annoying and after 2 hours at the end they changed our room and told us they didn't have it. It leaves much to be desired.

For breakfast, just ask what you want, they will prepare it for you.
I love their breakfast but, you have to know what is possible. A menu would be welcome

A very professional attention from the staff, clean and beautiful rooms. The bad thing is 10 minutes from the subway and downtown 30 minutes. And the spa ... Leaves much to be desired ...

Nice staff in the restaurant and good food due to company outing

Great location for car access, parking onsite and canal boat connection to city in morning...between city and airport.

Although very good, it sins due to the distance from the tourist area, but with the option of the subway, which has to make a good walk to the station.

I was kicked out from my room because they thought I was smoking in but unfortunately I am not a smoker any way they did wrong with me and this manager Lars wanted to make me pay for extra cleaning I had to fight with them but they don t care about my words and now the groupe Accor don t want to give me back my 2000 points rewards I ve used for it. That s crazy!

Very good bed and large, very nice staff, however upon arrival, they should have warned us that they had upgraded us to the room. The low score is due to the fact that the bathroom door did not close completely, something that I complained minutes after checking in and about which they did nothing, they said they would send someone else there the next day it stayed the same. I resubmitted the case to which they replied that they would send someone there as soon as possible ... I checked out 3 nights later and the door was still the same, I do not understand how a 4 star hotel does not check or arrange rooms before put into service.

Great location right next to metro station with free taxi service if needed, although we walked as only 5min down road, giving you easy access to city. Hotel nice and modern rooms comfy and clean would highly recommend

Well. However, the location is far from the center and there is nothing around (about 500 meters from the nearest Metro station).

I got placed here with my girlfriend as free accomodation for out flight getting canceled. the rooms were nice enough and we'll equipped. but the one thing that brought the whole hotel down for me was the staff at the bar. Literally no idea what they were doing, very rude. also it 10 euros for a vodka and lemonade, jesus! anyway for the price they ask I'd go somewhere else closer to town.

The hotel is beautiful and in a quiet area, away from the city center and the nearest metro station is 800 meters away and there are no shops or restaurants in the area

The hotel is very cozy and the staff is friendly. In the hotel lobby you will find a restaurant, a convenience store and a bar. The hotel is a bit far from the city and the nearest metro station is a 10 minute walk away. In regards to the room it is comfortable, with a mini fridge and electric kettle and tea / coffee facilities. The only problem I pointed out is the cleanliness of the room. Underneath the bed was filthy (full of dust, they did not clean for months, by the way) and did not make replacement of the glasses that we dirty. One night, they even forgot to put towels (we had to request and promptly took them). Overall, it is a nice hotel.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city, close to the Amsterdam metro station and the ring road. In about 15 minutes by metro you can reach the central station, and by car you can quickly and without traffic jams leave the city. Prices at the hotel bite - parking 25 euros per day, and a bottle of mineral water in the hotel shop 5 euros.

A hotel with very good infrastructure, but the very poor attention at reception do not know how to speak in Spanish and the rooms very badly we have been 4 days and they have not changed the sheets, the bedside tables and other furniture full of dust, under the beds a lot Of trash never had the vacuum had to ask for towels, bath gel and shampoo, it was a triple room and they put only for two and they did not change the towels and the bathtub stuck a sack and far from the center of Amsterdam to this hotel I do not return In life and I would not recommend it to anyone and eye is a 4 STARS, what an unpleasant experience.

Not great for a business hotel of this category. My room was prepaid so I couldn't charge anything from the restaurant or bar to my room without first opening a tab by registering my credit card - reception should have mentioned this at check-in but didn't. The staff in the restaurant kept forgetting our order and seemed poorly trained, although had a very pleasant manner. It became a bit of a joke at our table. The hairdryer in my room was broken - of course this became apparent once I got out the shower. They did bring a replacement but it meant I dried my hair with cold air. And then they forgot to send me my bill by email and when I phoned a week later to request it, the woman who answered was rather rude and patronizing, as if I hadn't searched my email properly or given them the wrong address. Despite the fact I was receiving plenty of marketing emails which I had specifically declined to receive! Not sure I would return, there are other hotels close to our Amsterdam offices which are cheaper and provide a better service.

Used from Saturday to Sunday, standard double room, price about 210 euros with breakfast.

+ If you like peace is in good hands here. Little traffic to hear, quiet rooms
+ modern furnishings
+ on weekends breakfast until 12 o'clock
+ with the U50 and U51 only one stop away from the RAI Theater. On foot via Kennedy-Laan about 30 minutes.

o Room for the price a bit small
o the sink was definitely not cleaned (toothpaste stains), the rest was ok.
o Connection from Centraal via U51 about 15 minutes
o Breakfast not expansive, for the inclusive price but more than ok

- no shopping nearby
- Price despite weekend borderline expensive
- The "hotel prices" for snacks are very expensive here. 3 euros for a muesli bar, these are rejection offers. Absolutely before e.g. buy food and drink in the city!

Great hotel. A distance from the centre, but redeemed by the fact that you can take a boat to central.

Very nice staff especially Xadim. The shop was very convenient. The breakfast was good. The rooms a bit small and unfortunately very warm. The window we could not leave because of the main road and the air conditioning we do not like to sleep. Otherwise everything was very nice especially the free drinks by the upgrade in the privilege floor.

The hotel is nicely situated near the Amstel and just a 7/8 minutes walk to Overamstel station from where you can catch the train into Amsterdam.
On entering the hotel you are greeted by very friendly and helpful staff who quickly have you on your way to your room, we were upgraded to a business room which was spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and the food in the restaurant was well presented and plentiful.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here helped by the friendly and professional staff in reception and in the bar and restaurant.

The staff is very friendly, they tried to speak in Spanish to take care of me, clean with a view to the canals, the subway to 5 blocks, accessible

On arrival me and my partner were greeted by Rik, who was a very friendly member of staff and described everything we needed to do as we were too early checking in. Once we had arrived at our room, it was incredibly clean with an excellent bed and bathroom. Check out was quick and easy with no hassle what so ever

At 4 pm you return to the hotel for a break and have not yet tidied up the room .. Disappointment.

The service was excellent, for every aspect. In particular, the staff was very kind and available to answer our questions - especially taking care to make sure we understood well.

Nice hotel overall with its interesting services! The only soft berries may be that the cleaning can be done better I think (window, corner of the showers, under the bed) and the fact that there is only one pair of slippers gives for 3 days whereas we were two..
I find the bedrooms a bit small, but I really like the bathroom / bedroom partition.

Booked by the Accor-Club here. Nice location, nice rooms, very nice staff. Ample parking, for my purposes overpriced, for Dutch standards ok. Advantageous, the proximity to the subway, day tickets are even at the front desk - great!

very relaxing. came down for a bit of food on the evenings I was working, had a break, and a barman showed me how to order a takeaway delivery when I was too late for the kitchen.
