The hotel is good near the beach but lacks gym facilities

Unfortunately in the hotel there is no Taxi blue bird

the location in Ancol environment is a bit homework if you want to buy food from ojeg online

Former horizon hotel, need more modern renovation, especially the bathroom, interior and room walls

sorry not satisfying. the food was too salty for a few days, the dishes were not too clean, there were spots "on most dishes. drink dispensers were limited, not according to the number of people present, causing the line to be too long. i didn't really like outdoor restaurants because of heat. available, you have to walk far enough every day from room to ballroom, stuffy rooms, bad smells, for hotels of this class, in my opinion it is not satisfactory.

This hotel is child friendly. There are children's playgrounds, swimming pools with slides, and breakfast menus for children. My family stayed here in a renovated room. The rooms are comfortable and there is wifi. If I go to Ancol again, I will stay here.

There are kids zone also for adults such as billiards, Table tennis etc

Comfort, artistic decoration & very kids friendly...Highly reccomende for family vacation..

The hotel location is very strategic in Ancol, Jakarta. Hotel on the beach.

Present to this place because there is an Office Kick Off event in January 2019 ... ex hotel horizon, but it has begun to be rejuvenated on the inside, friendly service and very supportive during the event ... the parking lot is very wide and can make many events because close to all famous vehicles in Ancol ..

The hotel is good, the taste of the food is standard, it means it is good or not, but it is not good, it tastes quite good, breakfast is usually 1 room for 2 people but the hotel has breakfast for 1 room, public toilets in the lobby are not clean.

It is located in the Ancol area just by the sea, said it was built since 1974, good service, I asked for 2 prayer mats to be delivered directly to the room.

Will never visit again. Room AC barely works, hygiene problems in the bathroom, unprofessional staff, connecting door can be opened from the next room, barely edible continental breakfast, they charge for ice cubes though their in-room fridge doesn't work. Don't know how did this hotel get its 4 stars. Look elsewhere.

At the time of staying here, a fire occurred from the hotel kitchen at night before bedtime. So that causes anxiety when going back to sleep.

It is very impressive to be a week at this place, the facilities are in accordance with the price offered, at this hotel I have activities from the Ministry of Finance which is almost full day and full night, so I am less satisfied using the existing facilities, hopefully I can go there another time.

Have some complaints:
- Check-in time is said on 14.00 on actual I have to wait for more than 1 hour waiting for ready room.
- Have problem on using breakfast voucher, Receptionist said it can be used on Saturday when Check-In, however on the next day, restaurant said it could only be used on Sunday. it ruins my plan activity on Saturday.
- Finally I bought Breakfast on Saturday and asked the waiters to billed on my room. The next day on check-out, turns out the Saturday breakfast is not charged to my room, have to wait for almost 10 minutes until the receptionist decide to charge it manually.
- I have to wait for more than 30 minutes to check-out. Please provide more receptionist on the desk, only two people on busy days so many people should wait in queue.

The place is okay

It's dark if it's quiet in the middle of the mlm. When it's quiet, it's like a grave

It took more than 10 mins to wait in front of check in counter then .. we got the old version room .. which the toilet is not clean and the water flow was leak. Sunday morning breakfast was also bad. Its difficult to find a seat while the room was very congested with people. The staff also doesn't help so much .. when I asked abt other availability seat, he didn't gave good response.

I ever had experience in other Mercure but this is the worst.

An appropriate place to stay because of the many facilities expected

The hotel is located in Ancol Jaya Dream Park, a beach recreation spot in Jakarta, and close to the Bandar Jakarta culinary location. Good service, rooms that are allowed to smoke exist and are separate from smoking rooms, such as separate buildings. Good breakfast.

Hotel Mercure is located within the Ancol-Jakarta tourist area.
Adjacent to Mermaid Princess and Atlantis Water Park.
This hotel was once called Horrison.
The hotel view is quite nice overlooking the sea.
This hotel is not yet equipped with ATM and Sauna facilities ..
Overall ...
this hotel is suitable to be used as a reference for family stays ..

Comfortable and clean suitable for meetings for weekends.

2nd Floor and 3rd Floor there is no WIFI and the operator says I should go to Lobby Room to get an internet WIFI. they said 2nd 3rd floor only use cable for internet. the room was good enough but no WIFI inside, making everythng is poor service. I wont get here anymore.

Comfortable, good service, snacks that are sold are quite expensive than the usual price, if the pool is provided for free towels.

Saturday, March 7, we went there yesterday, accompanied by the team building participant, the hotel was cakeep, but unfortunately the grass field was not large enough

My child almost drowned in the children's pool. From which the idea of the children's pool was given a sloping floor to go inside, and with no information at all outside.

If you planning to stay more than a day in jakarta I'm not recommend u to stay here because it's far from city and all facilities need. Plus y need to pay 500.000rp for each staying day..!!

Service front office is good, restaurant is not good, food is very standard (lack of recommendations) ..
