Comfy room, children friendly.. Overall satisfying.. However, the breakfast not so realy tasty..

Family hotel, we Love the easy acces to ancol beach

Room is huge and suit for family. But service is not too special. Pool is not too clean and breakfast lack of variation. I was expecting more for an Accor's member hotel.

The rooms are still ok, comfortable, but the bathroom smells a bit for circulation and disposal.
For the pool area, it's a pity, people who swim don't wear swimsuits, some even wear leggings and t-shirts. so the pool water smells a bit, especially in the prosotan pool area. The small pool is also dirty, so it's not convenient for our children to play there. The rest is so far so good.

We got the newly renovated room however must pay for additional Rp 121.000. Was hoping room size is bigger. What i love is the hotel provide indoor children playground.

the stay from 22-24 with my family was very nice ... lots of activities that my child who was only 4 years old could do ..

My KTP was not returned at check out.
I stayed at Mercure in March 3, 2017, checked out on March 4, 2017.
When I realized the ID card had not been returned, it was still on the same day as I checked out; I immediately contacted the hotel and confirmed that the ID card has not been returned and will be sent immediately, requesting a shipping address. But today it's almost a week, but can't I get more information when will my KTP be sent?

Very crowded hotel.
If you do not like crowds (overcrowded) avoid weekends especially long weekends and school holidays. Hotel guests are booming which will cause a long queue when checking in and checking out.
The restaurant and pool will be full.

If you want a calmer atmosphere, come weekdays (only crowded by office meetings). More comfortable and not too dense.

used to be called the Ancol Horizon Hotel. the physical structure of the building has not changed much, but the construction of the dream garden has made this place interesting.
