Comfortable and neat, but I just don't suit the same weather in Jakarta ... It's not comfortable eating hehe

It is really suitable to bring my little family ... it is good there is an arena for mimo kids who make children feel at home. While children play at mimo kids parents can play ping pong and billiards. Moreover, the restaurant is only for children ...

Yesterday I got a room on the 2nd floor. With 2 single beds. The room is spacious, there is a lazy sofa that is really cozy. When I first entered the room there was the smell of cigarettes. So my husband complained, then the hotel was given a special air conditioning device. After that the room is comfortable again.

The bathroom is ok, there is a comfortable warm bath. The bath kit is pretty good. There are slippers, clean towels. There is also a hair dryer attached.

I only got sea veneu, but it's not really clear because it's a bit far away. There are small tents that get in the way.

The breakfast is complete, there are chicken noodles (although a bit salty) and the chicken porridge is pretty good, there is brewing coffee and tea, the fruit juice is a bit sweet, milk and cereal is delicious, the vegetable salad is not bad, the fruit salad is not good and there is sushi but it is also not good.
It's complete.

Old hotel, looks like ornaments and rooms. But on the 4th floor there is a renovation, maybe the improvement is gradual. Hopefully it will be more comfortable and enjoyable. Certainly staying here can play on Ancol beach to your heart's content.

AC often turns itself off when sleeping. The button is too small confused where the on / off.
The swimming pool is nice, there is a guard on standby.
Clean toilets have guards.

Nice room & view we chose a room facing the sea. The location inside Ancol and the price include Ancol entrance tickets 2 people & 1 car.

I have been stay here for 3 times in 2 year, i could say that they are improving the looks and guest experience with their rooms. But i notice that the food choice is very limited. The last time i stayed was at end of the year holiday and it was packed, checking-in taking longer than usual.

It's so exciting to play on the beach. Children are happy ...

My only regret was not choosing the ocean view room, despite the high occupancy during my stay, the staff is very friendly , great choice of breakfast, you guys really squeeze that orange good. My two thumbs up for Pak Gunawan , his attetiveness is highly appreciated

Nyoba corner rooms are really spacious windows ,, spacious rooms, there are sofas, and guest chairs, shower rooms and closets have their doors respectively. Very nice view ,,

Well, doesn't as good as i expected.. You cant find a clean beach here, and the variety of the food is poor. Too crowded during holidays, but the staff is very polite. The room was spacious. I was used grand duluxe balcony

Overall is nice staying at mercure ancol but the pool and garden are not too interesting points. May be just because the plant is too plain, no flowers and soil crops are there. Why dont the gardeners cover the soil up with grass? And the pools was just old school design, some day should be upgraded. But overall is okay, especially i got the room was just renovated one. Thank you Mercure Ancol.

For satisfying hotel facilities except the services of the hotel management in connection with the missing items but it was slow to respond to me up to 3 phone calls and every time the telephone was asked for the phone number and it will be called immediately but never in the hub. The third time with a staff named Sari was confirmed and the item was not delivered. My item in the form of a health shampoo is of no value, but I need to use it uninterrupted.

A very good place to stay. The hotel is located inside Ancol, close to the beach itself and near the cable car station. Parking space is huge and free of charge. The staff is amazing, especially the pool staff. They have a huge pool for adults and a shallow pool with fountains for kids. They also have a decent water slide. The restaurant is good too. The kids area is also spacious.
The rooms are big but maybe needs more maintenance.

The place is good and strategic in Ancol. For friends who stay here it will be very easy if you want to play around Ancol and can enter Ancol for free because it can be given free from Mercure.

Good service, clean and spacious rooms, sea view and can see wara wiri gondola . Suggestions maybe the souvenir shop can be expanded or added because the problem is narrow. And also provided a shuttle car like L 300 what else. The problem is that it was also difficult yesterday after checking out to go to the station, it was really difficult to transport because of the game. Next come back here, not satisfied to enjoy Ancol .
