- Check-in time is said on 14.00 on actual I have to wait for more than 1 hour waiting for ready room.
- Have problem on using breakfast voucher, Receptionist said it can be used on Saturday when Check-In, however on the next day, restaurant said it could only be used on Sunday. it ruins my plan activity on Saturday.
- Finally I bought Breakfast on Saturday and asked the waiters to billed on my room. The next day on check-out, turns out the Saturday breakfast is not charged to my room, have to wait for almost 10 minutes until the receptionist decide to charge it manually.
- I have to wait for more than 30 minutes to check-out. Please provide more receptionist on the desk, only two people on busy days so many people should wait in queue.
