It took more than 10 mins to wait in front of check in counter then .. we got the old version room .. which the toilet is not clean and the water flow was leak. Sunday morning breakfast was also bad. Its difficult to find a seat while the room was very congested with people. The staff also doesn't help so much .. when I asked abt other availability seat, he didn't gave good response.

I ever had experience in other Mercure but this is the worst.
