We had an excellent experience with Mercedes Benz of Nanuet. We just leased our second Mercedes with this dealership and Juan Rodriguez Caraballo has taken excellent care of us both times. He is one of the best sales people that I have ever dealt with in any dealership. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to work with us to get the exact vehicle that worked for us. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful, kind, and attentive. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mercedes, and I would highly recommend Juan Rodriguez Caraballo as the sales person to help you through this experience.
