I ve experienced better customer service taking an item back to Argos and being told it s non refundable. Honestly, if you want to be ignored, be told you should appreciate what they are doing for you and allowing you to believe your car window has been open all night in their car park with no response, then pop in to Mercedes of Stoke. Oh and for good measure, if you also want to be made to feel your dishonest and told after you ve bought a car from them that you lied to them about your part exchange and you should be grateful they didn t change the agreed part ex price, pop in to Mercedes Stoke.

If anything goes wrong when you get your pride and joy home, don t upset them as they will tell you it was your fault and the problem wasn t there from sale.

I forgot to mention! If you re lucky to get a courtesy car, you must be grateful but you will get a dirty car with someone else s socks and used face masks potentially with dose of covid inside but it s ok as you get a white plastic shower cap over the steering wheel and a covid secure sticker. I had to clean thr courtesy car as I m not that comfortable with other people s dust/dead skin over the dashboard and mucus splatters over the rear view mirror. You may be lucky and get a pack of left over cookies too. Excellent service.

Be mindful that when they say oh this is an ex Mercedes managers car, it s been well kept it s likely to be a Mercedes lease car that has been driven like a lease car. I believe it is now compulsory for dealers to make clear a car may have had multiple drivers but they get out clause is to let you believe it s a fancy manager car driven from their home to the dealership. They actually have no record of any approved repairs because as a lease car you can take it anywhere for a sneaky shoddy repair before handing it back.

You can t beat the pre sale customer service. You get a nice keyring worth so much but it s free for you, they change a tyre as it wasn t to their sale standard to find out it had to be changed anyway because it was dangerous. Just pop in to Mercedes Stoke. Although I must admit that I did go out of may way to provide very positive feedback on the same member of staff that has since let me down.

So to recap, want to be ignored? Told to appreciate what they do? Told your car is a special managers car? Told your dishonest? Pop on in to Mercedes Stoke.

I wont share the sales executive name (I m not sure what the executive part refers to) as that won t be fair and I m hopeful not everyone there is the same but they have allowed this person to represent their company so managers there seem to be content with people like this.

This is my own experience and I have been honest but I m sure not everyone will experience the same. Good luck! Just remember, Mercedes are mass produced and the car you really want will always be at another dealer if you feel you can t miss the
opportunity with Mercedes lookers of Stoke.

Edit - you ll also notice that Most of the replies from Mercedes Stoke are only to customers with 5 stars. Brilliant.

If your under 40 don t come here if you not wearing a suit don t come here if your not from east Buckinghamshire don t come here, they seem to think they only people with money are old people. Staff are rude and customer service is shocking. I would avoid and try knights bmw they make you feel respected and looked after.

Really shocked at the behaviour of the staff in here. Without uttering a word to a member staff the first thing that was said to us was "used car?" Implying we couldn't afford to be there before even considering us as customers. What makes this interaction even worse is that that it was said by someone at least 10 years younger than us in a demeaning tone of voice and body language. Both myself and partner just turned around and left without bothering.

Some very beautiful car's for sale, don't linger to long you'll be buying a car you probably don't want....or need, but what the hell treat yourself.

First class outfit. Recently purchased a used vehicle and the process was faultless. Being an approved Mercedes dealer I would expect good service, and I wasn t disappointed. The sales team are approachable, not too pushy and genuinely seem keen to help where possible.

This is the first Mercedes I've ever owned and I don't normally bother with authorised dealers in general. However, will be more than happy to continue using Mercedes Benz Stoke from now on.

Appalling service, previously used Mercedes in Manchester, who couldn t do enough to help.



Now I just want rid of the car, Mercedes customer service were previously wonderful, but now you have to wait on hold for 30mins and then get fobbed off. I will never go near this brand ever again!

Brilliant Dealership, we didn t get pounced upon as soon as we arrived, we looked around, a rep approached us (Adam Forrester) he was really helpful and not too pushy, we purchased a car from him and would most certainly do so in the future.
Couldn t recommend this dealership enough.

Excellent customer service that goes the extra mile to ensuring you're looked after; exactly what one would expect from Mercedes. Naturally you pay dealer tax on servicing and parts, but that's all part of the experience. On a budget, go to Bosch/KwikFit. Enjoy the finer things in life, the dealer it is . Top job.

Special mention to Graham Simm, who went above and beyond to assist me with my recent purchase of a Mercedes CLS. The service and professionalism went above and beyond, and Graham assisted in the full preparation of the vehicle to a extremely high standard. A minor fault arose when on the day of collection, however, this was dealt with promptly and fully resolved. Would recommend buying from this dealership.

Car I was gets driving was pretty dirty inside which didn't give a good impression, but even more important at the moment when we are supposed to be sanitising everything to protect against Covid-19. Problem still not solved. I took out the 3 year plan, on year one they forgot to secure the oil cap. This covered my engine bay, the lane where I live and my drive. This time I mentioned that my command centre was faulty. I waited three hours and was told the problem was fixed, it s exactly the same. I contacted them today and was put through to the service dept, he said he d call me back, that was 4 hours ago. My service plan is up for renewal next month, I think they ve made my mind up for me don t you?

Went to test drive the EQC. Had some excellent information about the car given to me by Adam one of the sales team, really helpful, friendly and had a good knowledge about the car. Would highly recommend coming here if you re looking for a Mercedes they are a great bunch

If you want to be ignored this is the place to be!!
Visited today ( 25th Feb ) , armed to buy a new smart car . We entered and of the 5 or so staff that were watching the football on the large TV not 1 said hello or acknowledged our entrance ,even thought they all looked at us on entry then returned to the screen. We then spent a good 20-30 minutes looking at the cars , reading the brochures etc . Still not 1 member of staff acknowledged us , or exchanged pleasantries. I must point out at this point that there were only 1 other couple in the whole of the showroom. I don't agree with the hard sell technique but this was just rude , to not even acknowledged the presence of customers. We consequently left having uttered not 1 word to a member of 'SALES' staff. We will be making our purchase at the next closest dealership. I would give 0 stars if possible.
