Next to Lot One shopping mall with plenty of dinning banking libraries cinemas entertainments and amenities. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats visitors locals and families..

Has many different things to buy as it is well stocked

It's too cramped in there! The shopping carts can hardly fit the aisles. Really wish this branch can be expanded.

Not even half a star. The Supervisors & staffs are entirely rude. Not customer oriented & too arrogant. Dont ever come to this store. U will regret & have bad experience !!!

A typical neighbourhood Ntuc supermakets, crampy and narrow as usual. Very difficult to navigate around due to its narrow isle and corridors.

Staff are focus on doing their own goods arrangements and not interested on selling their goods to customer, the mindset of staff are on nice arrangements of the store & hopefully no customer remove that goods from the place. Staff always want customers to give prioritise to them. Cashiers are nice people but queues system not being managed

Room for improvement in term of service and stock upkeep

Crowded as beside mrt only. Got alot of self payment service kiosk and Singapore pools

Even though they have revamped Fairprice Lot 1 a number of times, crowd control is still an issue. I've tried scan2go at bukit timah plaza. It did help speed things up. If only they could merge unity & the supermart, and implement scan2go.

Small mall in this area with Fair Price, Guardian and many food courts. Its the building attached to the MRT station.

It is very convenient to have a subway/bus interchange station to go there. There are many food choices to choose from, such as Japanese meal Korean food and coffee shop, Lot 1#04 has a library, there are two currency exchanges and two thousand characters. Betting station, etc.

I can get most of my necessities here at FairPrice.

FairPrice Lot 1 is too small for its footfall. I hope the supermarket gets expanded. Perhaps even a hypermarket will do, there are too many people living in the Choa Chu Kang estate.

Big shopping space with lots of items you would go for your household items.

Alot of stuffs to choose from. Surely can satisfy not all but some of your requirements

Good service especially the 4d counter staff. Huat ah :-)

Always long queues but products are always in good quality.

Queues can get pretty long in the evenings but other than that, it's ok!

Lot 1 no official to check on distancing,like don't care attitude

Stocks are not replaced after months.Goods labelling are always wrong and staff didn't bother to place back into correct positions despite feedback and suggestions. Instructions to entry are not clear and wasting time to ask customers to go to main mall entrance to take slips to ntuc when they still want customers to scan nric. Very Inflexible. Most staff are very unfriendly from entry staff to cashiers especially the manager who is not willing to listen to customers for feedback and tell customers off to do so themselves online if we want to. Extremely unprofessional. Better to go elsewhere if you have a choice.

Located at basement 1, good place to shop for groceries needs.

Mostly packed with your favourite grocery shopping items and narrow spaces

Able to get most if not all of the groceries needed. Things are all well arranged. As this outlet is not hyper mart size, some of the more uncommon things can't be found here.
Would recommend going to either Bukit Panjang Plaza or Jurong point nearby for those looking for better one stop grocery coverage.
Other than that, this outlet is good enough for daily needs.

Please have MORE COUNTERS. Waiting time is always hell EVERY SINGLE TIME! Makes some customers give up seriously...

Convenience for shopper with various shop and restaurants

Poorly trained staff. Your staff member, Theresa, made everybody wait in line for an extra 5 minutes because of her incompetence while shouting for other staff members to help her out with a rejected transaction.

When it came to my turn, I told her to pack everything together (I only had a tray of eggs and a tub of yoghurt and saw no reason for an extra plastic bag) but she completely ignored me and nonchalantly packed them separately anyway. What is this lack of regard for what the customer wants and more importantly, the environment? I ll be sure to never forget to bring my own bag next time.

Not so good , definetly in need of renovations and the ntuc was subpar and ddint have the fair variety of options that I have come to expect from them

Fairprice at Lot 1 carries a large range of groceries items even with it's limited floor area. Have a good range of local veggies.

Area was full and there were too many rude people but oh well

Located at Lot One Shopping mall. Easy access . Next to CCk mrt and bus interchange. Various shops available including eateries.

Supermarket items are fresh, varrety, well stock n nicely arranged.

The other staffs except in the billing counter are bit rude. Humiliating customers. I have gone to other FairPrice marts this one made me think not to go again. But this is my nearest so no other go!

Quite good, but some prices are a little higher than other supermarkets, and may be different.

Fair price lot 1 is well stocked , it is fairly large location is good hence it attracts many shoppers to go there.The flict side is of cause the exit queue is always long so unless you are going to shopbig and take advantage of Sr citizins discount days there is no point for a person like me to shop there. The wine section needs to improve because they are not senior friendly the price list is so difficult to see and they are so small in number size.

Due to the covid i totally agreed with the safe distancing measures. Staff (3 STAFF) assigned to assist customers are not doing their role. 1- did not appear to be informing customers of the new procedure i.e. entry point or required - JUST gesture to a vague point 2- reapproach back satff as can't see the entry point. When enquired how to enter, informed to go level 1 at Mcdonald. Came to Mcdonald informed by security that is EXIT point, NTUC required to go one round outside building

FairPrice a common supermarket yet very popular to shop place.

This outlet is conveniently located at the basement of Lot 1. Decent amount of products at this NTUC outlet, you can get almost all your daily necessities here such as fruits, vegetables, poultry, cooking needs, drinks and wines and so on. But if you are looking for specialty products, it is advisable to go to a bigger outlet.

Good place for daily items....but how fresh items are,cannot comment...fresh does not mean fresh from field...

More expensive than the nearby giant, no choice but to give in to this monopoly sometimes
