YOU WILL NOT GET REFUNDED IF THIS COMPANY MESSES UP YOUR ORDER - YOU WILL GET IGNORED - NO-ONE CARES EVEN THE OWNERS DONT CARE. Be very very careful when using this company. I am lost for words; I am so ashamed that my poor customer had been let down twice by Abelanani for a mere 10 Golf shirts (he waited 3 weeks for the incorrect order TWICE).
My client wanted Black Sleeves and an orange body like advertised. Please see some details attached.
Placed the order with Juliet on the 29 Jan 2024
We Accepted Quote and Paid 2 FEB 2024 So we confirmed in writing with her the body was orange and sleeves black like the brochure. .
Told order be ready to Collect 16 FEB 2024 (confirmed with Juliet 15 FEB 2024 in writing)

I personally arrived to Collect 19th FEB 2024, 40 kms from my home (order not done) – no communication from Juliet, kept phoning and emailing ,
Contacted Lindanie (SENIOR MANAGER) 20th Feb 2024, as nothing was happening and no communication from Juliet , finally spoke with Lindanie, promised me WED at 13h00 Lindani insisted couldnt courier after one pm to my embroiderer???? (Never heard of Uber)
21st Feb 2024 - Wed afternoon, Juliet advises me that the factory had made full orange shirts , and had to unpick and redo the shirts. Lindanie no longer communicating. I was always chasing Juliet for update. Lindanie out of signt, no care whatsoever.
22nd Feb 2024 – phone Abelanani first thing and asked for Juliet, told she was off sick , leave numerous emails and messages for Lindani, Lindani never returns my calls,. Desperate Contact Nadine and email Nadine. Send email to Lindani with PICTURE of BLACK SLEEVES and ORANGE SHIRT 11h11 just in case, they mess up again. Later Juliet back on the scene. WE HAVE NAGGED AND BEGGED AND P:LEADED , COPIED IN OWNERS/CEO/MD (never got a response) AND NOW WE ARE GOING TO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL TO GET OUR MONEY BACK

NOT WORTH EVEN 1 STAR! Most PATHETIC company!

NOT WORHT EVEN 1 STAR!!! Most PATHETIC comapny and service I have experienced in my 15+ years in the promo industry. We had a very important client whom we did a massive order for, some of the items were supposed to come from this useless excuse of a company! They have done my business irreparable damage with their pathetic excuses and absolutely shocking customer service! Till this VERY day, no order, empty promises, shocking attitudes from the account manager down to the reception, and to put the cherry on the cake, NO REFUND yet! They are SCAMMERS and THIEVES! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT, YOU WILL CRY AT THE END!!!

Where do I begin? I have never in my life experienced this bad of service. We placed an order for masks, and a date for collection was given, a day before collection they did not even start with the production and pushed the production to a month later! After huge fights, phones not being answered, not being called back, a new date was given, which we managed to calm our client down with, but he only wanted half the stock as he was forced to buy elsewhere. He received the stock and was unhappy at production and Abelanani offered to collect and sort out the problem. We are now a week later, and stock still has not been collected, and on each follow up that is done, they will collect tomorrow, when tomorrow comes, they will collect tomorrow.

Our client is threatening to now sue us for loss of business as these masks are required for business, but abelanani has no concern to assist clients with problems, they are not able to keep to any deadline, they are simply not interested in business. I doubt they even bother to read any client reviews so that they can work on their business. So whomever is reading this

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! STAY FAR FAR AWAY, THERE ARE MANY OTHER SUPPLIERS WHO DO AMAZING SERVICE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THEIR CLIENTS

Most pathetic company iv ever dealt with!!! I will honestly never waste my time with this company again. First order i placed was a total disaster. Thought id give them another try with something as simple as mouse pads......guess what......disaster. #GoneForGood

About a week ago I had an urgent quotation and sample order with Abelanani. Its 10 000 Units a month (Constant Flow Order) We needed and urgent quotation and asked if they had the item in their show room for us to borrow to show the client. They had us for fools - Left numerous messages and held the line until the year 2050. I feel that the sales group are not serious on sales if they are not willing to just quote and do the effort for a sale of 10 000 unit per month. When I eventually got a hold of the original sales consultant assisting us she was neglectful of our agreement on the sample and I asked to speak to a manager (When I eventually went through to the manager - She also seemed to not "want" the order...............HOW DOES THAT WORK............flabbergasted, I decided to try our accounts manager that has many a times let us down. She then told me that I have to speak the the person I worked with in the beginning of this total mess up. When I asked the OG sales lady to get the sample she told me she would phone me back (WHICH I HAD BEEN HEARING ALL DAY FROM EVERYONE AT ABELANANI - NO CALL BACK EVER!!!) Eventually fed up after 5 min when they said they are running to the show room to see if they had samples I called back to find out everyone is in a sales meeting (WHAT SALES MEETING TELL ME! WHAT SALES MEETING CAN CAUSE YOU TO NEGLECT A SALE - SALES TEAM NEEDS A DIFFERENT SALES MANAGER) - Get this THE RECEPTIONIST turns around and organizes everything THE FRIGGIN RECEPTIONIST!!! When we are off to Abelanani to get the sample the next morning, GUESS WHAT! The samples were not ready. Goodness a person can't struggle like this (I would rather pay more for an item knowing the customer care services are on point rather than struggle for a 10c difference!) Needless to say I took my sale elsewhere.

really it is my first time with Abelalani. The saleslady is pathetic! After numerous e-mails about an important quote, she doesn't react on my e-mails and doen't phone back when I left a message. Because of that, I didn't lost a big sale, but also a client.
