Probably one of the friendliest most professional Mercedes dealers in the U.K. When you Vist you are not harassed or bullied by sales staff but left to feel comfortable and welcoming in every way. Relax and enjoy a wonderful coffee and enjoy the experience because these people are experts at making a car sale happy & fun. No hard sell just fun. If you are looking to buy a Mercedes make this your no 1 stop they are amazing !

I visited Mercedes with my Husband & Daughter who has recently passed her driving test.

We have visited a few different car dealerships around Staffordshire but were very impressed with Mercedes.

Staff went above and beyond throughout our whole purchasing journey, making the whole process smooth. I now have one very happy Daughter who is over the moon with her new Mercedes A Class.

I ve Just bought a car from Mercedes Benz of Stoke. What an absolutely fantastic service and great experience, hassle and pressure free, as well as getting a fair deal. Dale Goodwin looked after us so well throughout the process, from the first enquiry to handover. If only all sales people and dealerships were this good. This great service was delivered with the backdrop and complexity that COVID brings.

Best customer service from a car dealership that I've ever experienced. Very polite. Extremely efficient tasty drinks and biscuits on arrival. Kept upto date with any questions. I would highly recommend Mercedes to my friends and family.

Little disappointed with the valet it was very shoddy and is going back in to be done properly.....felt very rushed..... few minor things need to be sorted but a return visit to the dealership and all good ..... but a return visit shouldn't have been necessary

Great service, salesman Mark was very helpful and arranged for me to test drive 2 cars to compare them. This was no trouble for him to do. Very impressed with the service. There was no pressure to buy at any time. Still undecided though.

Found a vehicle I was interested in Via the website. Flawless service from start to finish Dale and his manager were both a great help and have managed to find me a perfect vehicle. I have been car shopping for the past 6 months to multiple Mercedes dealerships and this was honestly by far the best.
I am very pleased and excited to getting my new vehicle thanks to Dale. Outstanding service!

Arranged to test drive the a35... turned up to the...

Arranged to test drive the a35... turned up to the showroom... no car... been told that it has apparently been given out to a customer who's a35 has broken down after having it for only 3 days... highly doubt that. Didn't even have the decency to call to explain the situation and to reschedule. To top it off, the sales person, George, apparently didn't have any idea that the car had been given out, who then advised me to go to the Wolverhampton branch instead. Bit of a shambles really... he has appointments booked to test drive a car yet clearly can't even be bothered to prepare for them... come on George... fix up!!!

Dale made the whole experience incredibly easy despite the CV restrictions, he was courteous and had a nice relaxed manner. Everything was on time exactly as he planned and the car was presented very well.

Sales administration strangely used an out of date, defunked email on merecedes me account which I had to can to get modified, can't remember the lady who arranged it but it was instant and updated straight away on the cars information system, amazing.

Great performance, looking forward to the merc experience with the car

Very disappointing.

Very disappointing.
Arrived for a pre booked test drive with a view to ordering a new car and had to wait for the salesman to arrive 13 minutes late.
The test car was filthy, crumbs all over the dash, seats and footwells along with a two day old receipt on the floor.
Given the current situation with Covid, the car's interior should have been cleaned with anti bacterial before any test drive - obviously not done!

The switches on my air con unit started to flake f...

The switches on my air con unit started to flake for no obvious reason. The car is still under dealers warranty. I took the car into the service department with a view to having the unit replaced.
The technician said that this was due to "environmental factors" and hence not covered under the warranty.
I felt he did not listen to my observations at all . 1) I only use Auto Glym products. 2) On a Mercedes-Benz owners forum the problem has been documented previously & dealt with for others under warranty.
The technician said that when they had replaced units with such problems before and Mercedes-Benz UK had declined to pay the dealership for the work. I asked him if they had a mechanism to get prior approval from Mercedes-Benz UK he said there was not, I find this difficult to believe.
On contacting Mercedes-Benz UK customer services they suggested I seek an opinion from another dealership, which I did.
The other dealership stated they had seen the problem before and promptly changed the unit under warranty. The after sales executive listened to my story and had a clear understanding of how the switches were manufactured and why this led to the problems they were seeing with flaking.
I do not feel the service I received from Stoke is acceptable from a dealership of any make of car not least a premium make. I am also bemused at such diametrically opposed views from two dealerships about 25miles apart.

Do not bother with this dealership if you like to get ignored then call them
3 days of calling and online enquiry and no one bothered to get back to me 4 days later somebody finally call me took all the details told me about the car and price and will come back to me with a quotation and guess what No one did Two days later again ringing them up promised the manager will call me back however 6 in the evening somebody left me a voicemail telling me the car was priced wrong will amend the price and the car is sold now Car was advertised 46k it should be 53k and the person who left a voicemail is not available until following Saturday and guess what next day my wife ring up Surprise surprise The car is still available One of the most ridiculous dealership I ve ever come across Do not waste your time trust me go somewhere else ..

Very nice showroom with friendly team. The lady on reception asked how they could help and I was asked to take a seat of which there was plenty and if I would like a drink whilst she let the person know who I needed to see. There is plenty of Mercedes to look at while you wait or a large TV to keep you occupied.

I just wanted to say I came in for the VIP event, I was given a warm welcome on arrival by a receptionist by the name of Bismah. She was really helpful, served us drinks while we waited to be seen by someone. Thanks for making this experience a good one! Be back to visit again soon!!

Absolutely superb dealership and a great credit to Lookers, and to the Mercedes franchise. I have nothing but praise for both the Sales & Aftersales teams, who have gone beyond the call of duty to ensure that I am happy with my new car. A special mention to Paul and Steve who made the buying experience so easy and enjoyable. And to Simon, Sam and Malcolm who are making the ownership experience such a pleasure. Such service is seldom seen. This is the first Mercedes I have owned but it definitely won t be the last.......as long as I can deal with Mercedes-Benz, Stoke. Thanks again to everyone mentioned; and not forgetting the rest of the team, who together look after me so royally.

Very disappointed with the non existent customer service, earlier this year I bought an approved used ML and I was lied to about it being serviced (reset but didn t complete service), didn t fit new tyres after being agreed and I had to keep calling to resolve other faults. Just called to book a 48hr test drive of an a class as advertised on Mercedes website, sales staff Laurie was arrogant he said what s the point in loaning you a car as you said you were looking at a lease from a lease company and we can t beat their price Would not use/trust again.

Showroom was clean and tidy, the staff were smart, and really helpful far better than the Stockport branch, I can see myself doing a deal here. As I got very poor customer service in Stockport.

After having dealt with Philip Jones and having our A Class 200 amg line for a few weeks now we just wanted to say a huge thanks to Phil for showing us what Mercedes is all about.
True customer care and service combined with an outstanding product.
A massive thank you Phil and we have already decided that in 3 yrs time a mercedes from Stoke Mercedes is the only way to go.
Keep up the amazing work.
