The moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Ken Payne. When we said we were just looking he did not hesitate and gave us his full attention. Ken is very knowledgable and was able to find the perfect car for us which we drove home the same day. He introduced us to Javier Dominguez, project concierge who set up the basic Mercedes me functions and made an appointment to come to our house to go over all questions after we had the vehicle for a few days. Javier was very through explaining all the bells and whistles . He offered to help anytime with questions. Great customer service!
I really appreciate the fact Ken called the next day to thank us and welcome us to the family.
All in all all the experience we had was fantastic.
