My partner wanted a new A Class and being unsure of the process with finance and new car purchases we were warmly assisted here after previous lower quality experiences elsewhere. We were served by Leila who guided us through the whole process professionally and courteously from start to finish, giving us a detailed handover and ongoing superb aftercare service. We are elated with the car and would not hesitate to recommend MB Poole to friends and family. 5 stars well deserved. Thank you!

World class customer service world class Mercedes-Benz gla sport in blue I love this car, sadly this car doesn't come with car mats, but on a positive note I bought it in to check out a noise and as I drove away realised the service guys had hoovered where I have no mats, thank u very much that was top class 100% service, tempting to go up there more regularly for this much attention to detail these happy friendly team provide!!

I m a proud Mercedes CLA owner for the last 4 years, and have been servicing my car at Sandown Poole ever since.



In 2016 I returned for the second annual service, and after I picked up the car I noticed there was a scratch on the rear bumper, as well as a broken decorative ring on right indicative lever. I raised this to the gentleman who was there. His initial response was that scratch was already present, even I knew it wasn t. I normally hand-wash my car because I enjoy doing so, and I know every single scratch on paint. I was told they would give me a call so it could be fixed.

I never got a call back.

I didn t want to raise this further at the time because I didn t want to make a fuss about it. But I felt disrespected and deeply disappointed because nobody showed an interest to give me a call and check.

I work in Southampton Hospital, and despite the opportunity to service my car at local garage, today I took my car for service again to Sandown Poole. I have been welcomed by service assistant. I mentioned the event from the previous service. I have been told this will be passed to the manager. After the service was done, the receptionist gave me my car keys without mentioning any of the concerns I raised. The service assistant who earlier welcomed me was walking around and very obviously ignoring me. I picked up my car, with the decision to never ever come back again.

I feel disrespected, unheard and utterly ignored. I think this behavior from such an eminent brand like Mercedes is completely outrageous.

My car is now 4 years old, and I already decided to get another Mercedes, because I m generally happy with the quality and design. But for sure, I will never ever step again in Sandown Mercedes Poole.

Furthermore, I will make sure that my colleagues from Poole, Bournemouth and Southampton hospitals are aware of the unprofessionalism I have encountered there.

After an accident at work, I took my car to these guys for repairs. Granted my car had a few scratches but when it came out of their workshop after being washed, it had significantly more scratches than when it went in. When I asked the gent looking after me, he drove the car round to the workshop, returning minutes later and told me that the gent in the workshop said my car came in dirty with ALL those scratches already there. I explained it had some scratches and pointed those I knew were already there, he asked me why their workshop repairer would LIE ( you can draw your own conclusions from that). This is my fourth Mercedes in 21years and it will be my last!!. I won t buy a car nor repair my car with these guys in future. I am extremely disappointed as I have always received an excellent service from Mercedes in Bristol. My preception is now ruined and now when I replace my car in a few months time, it will no longer be a Mercedes as planned.

Imogen - A month after your follow up comment below and still no call from your dealership as you indicated (not that I expected a call anyway). Please provide accurate actionable feedback, rather than the perception that your dealership gets to the bottom of customer complaints which you don t. Thank you!

Went to this dealer to purchase an a E Class cab, se or sport, asked at reception to see a sales person and told he is busy, ok here is my number. Im still waiting for your call im a very sucessfull business man and very local. I have bought an S class from you before. I do like older merc,s perhaps what you seen me in and thought im a time waister. Well I have a current SL as well. Avoid this this dealer.

I could spend all day just looking at the new and used Mercedes.
We are always made to feel welcome, never rushed and all the staff are so nice and easy to talk to. I never feel pressured to purchase a new car but I'm always tempted.

Sandown Poole Mercedes make so bad reputation for Mercedes Benz. 1-the staff are non professional....by me
2-always mistakes and after apologieses which that doesn't change for me and for anyone anything. Who gonna answer to my review which I wil describe after few introductions,that person will say sorry...have a normal salary,will give some contact details band will not change anything....they did the same with me then to my last service.... because I CALED THEM,they don't disturb they're self to contact me. I will send my feedback to the Mercedes Benz Germany,maybe there they will give me back my money for the BADDEST COMMUNICATION, SERVICE AND QUALITY THEY GIVE TO ME TO A CLIENT WITH THEM FOR 4 YEARS, PAYING 500 POUNDS A MONTH FOR THE CAR I got now...700 the service A AND B....if I didn't like Mercedes Benz Germany cars I was going in 1 second somewhere else...I go to them because I want to go forward with Mercedes cars! Not with Mercedes-Benz employees in contractor with Mercedes Benz Germany who make the reputation DOWN to the ground
The stuff have small MONEY,small salary,and that's why they don't care how they offer the services...also the staff prom service reception,sales reception,and especially from reception they not so welcoming,they just push you to sing papers,to make they're targets and, THAT'S ALL! SO finally look my message I sent to them when they also asked me to explain in the message why I wasn't happy when I was to the services.... because I received a message if I want to give them feedback and yes and after if I want them to contact me regarding my situation to repair the situation and I said yes and no one came back to me until today since last summer 2019!!!NEXT TIME I WILL ASK THEM SIGNATURE FOR EVERY MOVEMENT AND TOUCH MY CAR! I HAVE a lot of knowledge about cars and I love my car that's why I'm so angry! Is not acceptable this happens when you work hard to pay 500 per month for your dream car!!! First think,I pay EXTRA EXPANSIVE money for 2 services A and B will be next year ,I left STRICTLY INFORMATION TO DO NOT BE WASHED THE CAR,out and not cleaning inside,then at the end was washed,both in out,I gone back to the lady and I said ,I said NO at the beginning,because they wash with brushes spinning the car out and inside was verry dirty,not cleaned at all,I can show pictures,outside was rubbish washed,also the spinning wash with brushes are scratching the cars. This is not for mercedes reputation. The cars MUST be washed by hand,my alloys are still black dirty after they washed....I wish to bring the car to show to you. You say something and they don't listen to you! After the service....in the computer saying change the key battery....what????? They supposed to do it! 370 POUNDS for what? 5 litres of oil changed? 3 h? They said first service 30 minutes . I called to do the appointment from the car computer....I wasted ball my day anyway for that almost 3 h waiting there....they supposed to pay me back the money! Why they can play and do everything they want with the customer? And WE CAN'T? WHY? .....I WISH to exist another BOS LIKE Mr.Gottlieb Daimler and Karl Benz was before!!!

Thoroughly recommended this dealership and its Dealer Principle Martin. Our purchase of our GLA was smooth, effortless and the aftercare is second to none. With my eyes on the GLE as my next car the team have been exemplary in sourcing the perfect model for me.. plus they make a cracking cup of coffee!

I will admit that I had real doubts about this dea...

I will admit that I had real doubts about this dealership after a less than perfect interaction following a test drive... We called back the following morning to talk things through and Laura, Kayleigh and Greg all went above and beyond the call of duty on a Sunday to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that customer service is their top priority. Thoroughly nice and understanding people who actually listen and care about their work. Their efforts completely changed our perception and made buying a car from Sandown a really positive experience. Thank you.

Have never been impressed with Mercedes customer service. I arrived in my wifes Toyota Aygo and the sales staff ignored me completely. I ended up going to Audi and buying an A7 because the service there was much better and I was treated as if I could afford the cars, unlike at Mercedes.

My recent experience of Mercedes Benz Poole was nothing short of exceptional. Adam Rendall went beyond normal levels of service both in working to find a deal that met my changing needs and sorting out a few issues which quite frankly were not really his job. He was diligent in making sure and checking everything he and those in other departments did met high standards and he resolved to make sure I was 100% happy. I very much appreciate all he did to help me get the car and deal I needed. Thank you Adam

Very poor customer service. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon with wanting more information on my next purchase. Spoke to the host who said I had to be added to a "waiting list" because there we no sales advisors available? I then asked for a brochure while I was waiting and she said Mercedes don't do them and she hardly knew anything about the car I was looking at. After glancing across to sales advisors stood in the corner chatting and not approaching me, I wondered around the showroom and then left and went to a leading competitor; and spent my money there. Very poor customer service which I will be addressing to any friends or family looking to purchase a Mercedes-Benz

The Classic Spares Department appears to have stopped functioning since one of their staff members left. You now just get an answering machine and emails sent dont get a reply. A shame really as I imagine this used to be a lucrative market for them. I now just go to my local dealer with a part number, not as efficient as the good old days but at least I get a response.

This place is shocking. Service department has made me want to get rid of my car before it s due it s next service. Had to basically argue to get my car back from service as they wanted to keep it longer so they could add up a load of extra work it might need which wasn t covered under warranty. I suggest if you want an easy like by an Audi

Popped in to view the E class coupe and was greeted by a very jolly lady host. Offered me a refreshment and asked if I required any assistance. I accepted a cold drink and enjoyed viewing the stunning cars on display. A very pleasant experience. Thank you for the courtesy.

my car was taken to mercedes dealer in poole hols bay ,on collection sadly noticed it was damaged ,the mercedes are in denial and would not accept any responsibility of the damage !!!!!!

having some legal advise on the matter , i now send them a formal letter of intend before take this matter and mighty mercedes to county court to claim the full recovery of the damage to my car .

my message to other mercedes owner is to be CAREFUL & if possible AVOID THE MERCEDES DEALER IN POOLE

PS, i shall up date how this case will develop............................................................

the letter of intend was delivered &the management IGNORED my letter !!!!!!!

therefore have no option but to TAKE A LEGAL ACTION

We purchased a Mercedes Benz from the Bath dealers...

We purchased a Mercedes Benz from the Bath dealership and after 6 months (and multiple requests) neither the dealership nor MB didn't help us as they should have in detaching the VIN number from the previous owner's Mercedes Me account.

So, we visited the Poole dealership yesterday. Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere they had there. Went the extra mile and beyond in helping us and sorted it out for us in a matter of minutes, although we didn't have an appointment with them. Special thanks to their receptionist lady and their technician, Oli, who were simply fantastic. Currently waiting to hear back from them on retrofitting our car with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Highly recommend this dealership if you live in their vicinity. They have a vast range of MB cars too.

I have purchased 5 cars from Mercedes Benz in Poole in the last 18 months, I normally deal with Leila and as a serial car buyer I have to admit the service at this dealership is outstanding. They actually care and make sure you get the car you want and need. Their attention to detail is second to none and I couldn t recommend them enough. I cannot wait to change my current one so I can go through that fun and effortless process again.

Called in late February spoke to Dan Harwood in the Poole Showroom,about an E Class Estate, AMG, Premium. Very helpful guy. Only problem they could not find the car although they were advertising it for sale. I was very interested as the car was in a Designo Red, Stunning looking car. However it was found and all is good. Can't fault the service in Sales or in Service for that matter. A few little problems at first, but all attended to in a friendly manner. Many thanks.

All too much effort for their Sales Team.Can't get a quote right, can't be available when you are, availability of test drive cars magically disappear if the sale person you have been speaking to isn't in that day ( don't want to lose their sale!), don't call when they are supposed to etc.Gave up in the end. If it's like this before you buy a car, God knows what it would be like after!

From the moment I stepped into the showroom I was looked after in a highly professional way. I live pretty much next door to a local Mercedes dealership, to travel 90 miles to Poole dealership was worth it just for the customer service.
I am currently a Mercedes car owner and it s nice to feel that my business was valued. No hard sell, Mark Francis listened to the spec I wanted for my new E Class Coupe and he gave me a very good deal for the car I wanted.
I was given various prices from various Mercedes dealerships, however not only was this dealership the best deal financially, the service provided by Mark and the staff here was the best I ve ever experienced.
Thank you Mark and the team at Mercedes Benz Poole, highly recommend this dealership.

Got the day wrong turned up Thursday am re alarm going off daily car is 14 months old service staff very unfriendly only time the service guy came out was to say you can t put the car through the car wash then said we mite be able to sort the problem out today ! Why couldn t you said that 3 hours ago I spoke to sales got it booked in in two weeks time car off road 5 weeks left outside unlocked if you re disabled like me they couldn t give a - hit I m going to Audi for my next car . Disappointed in the service and the way they seem .you missed your slot goodbye I m hoping I can hand the car back and go somewhere else . I didn t want to get get ill at 55 unable to walk properly but as long as you re ok AY!!!!

Purchased a car from them 3 years ago new C Class Convertible and was hoping to get another one, but trying to deal with this company has put me off. Ive made numerous calls to try and receive a price, I finally get through to someone and they are pushing me to come in rather than pricing me via email which i asked for. I called a couple of days later as i had no reply and was told nothing was done wit my enquiry and was promised it would be, then i get a call the next day from Mathew Ryder saying i understand you want to make an appointment to come in, I said no i don't so he said ok i have all the details so will send you a quote. You would of thought knowing full well i had been messed around already he would of just sent the quote straight out.

The Service department is just as bad you have to beg for your car back and they are more interested in selling you extras than dealing with the actual issues the car is in for.

I have decided to go back to Audi Customer service is much better and after having a test drive yesterday the vehicles are also far more superior to the rattly old Mercedes engine

Booked yearly service, car collected was asked if any damage on car and I said no. When car was returned with a crack in windscreen I called Louise French at Mercedes Poole.who said she would speak to driver and she never called me back. There was no crack when the driver took it. Rang her the next day and she said the driver noticed the crack when he got to Poole. Not contacted about it at all and never mentioned when car was returned so was told it was down to me. Even tho I know for definite that crack was not there when it left my house i have no rights as they will not take any responsibility for damages to you car. Plus been using service from Mercedes for 5 years when they decide to clean your car the standard of cleaning has gone downhill . My next car will definitely not be a Mercedes , this car was brand new when bought and the service afterwards is way below standard.
