Sandown Poole Mercedes make so bad reputation for Mercedes Benz. 1-the staff are non professional....by me
2-always mistakes and after apologieses which that doesn't change for me and for anyone anything. Who gonna answer to my review which I wil describe after few introductions,that person will say sorry...have a normal salary,will give some contact details band will not change anything....they did the same with me then to my last service.... because I CALED THEM,they don't disturb they're self to contact me. I will send my feedback to the Mercedes Benz Germany,maybe there they will give me back my money for the BADDEST COMMUNICATION, SERVICE AND QUALITY THEY GIVE TO ME TO A CLIENT WITH THEM FOR 4 YEARS, PAYING 500 POUNDS A MONTH FOR THE CAR I got now...700 the service A AND B....if I didn't like Mercedes Benz Germany cars I was going in 1 second somewhere else...I go to them because I want to go forward with Mercedes cars! Not with Mercedes-Benz employees in contractor with Mercedes Benz Germany who make the reputation DOWN to the ground
The stuff have small MONEY,small salary,and that's why they don't care how they offer the services...also the staff prom service reception,sales reception,and especially from reception they not so welcoming,they just push you to sing papers,to make they're targets and, THAT'S ALL! SO finally look my message I sent to them when they also asked me to explain in the message why I wasn't happy when I was to the services.... because I received a message if I want to give them feedback and yes and after if I want them to contact me regarding my situation to repair the situation and I said yes and no one came back to me until today since last summer 2019!!!NEXT TIME I WILL ASK THEM SIGNATURE FOR EVERY MOVEMENT AND TOUCH MY CAR! I HAVE a lot of knowledge about cars and I love my car that's why I'm so angry! Is not acceptable this happens when you work hard to pay 500 per month for your dream car!!! I am a health care assistant working for small money! Don't play with me and my hard work where the money are coming from! Now please read my text and I'm sorry for my English language speaking because I'm not English speaking correctly.

First think,I pay EXTRA EXPANSIVE money for 2 services A and B will be next year ,I left STRICTLY INFORMATION TO DO NOT BE WASHED THE CAR,out and not cleaning inside,then at the end was washed,both in out,I gone back to the lady and I said ,I said NO at the beginning,because they wash with brushes spinning the car out and inside was verry dirty,not cleaned at all,I can show pictures,outside was rubbish washed,also the spinning wash with brushes are scratching the cars. This is not for mercedes reputation. The cars MUST be washed by hand,my alloys are still black dirty after they washed....I wish to bring the car to show to you. I wish this message will read someone and calling me back. The service supposed to be done in 30 minutes they said,I was waiting about 2 hours... I'm not happy at all. The lady just said apologies ,and I say now the apologises doesn't make it right . Thanks

You say something and they don't listen to you! After the service....in the computer saying change the key battery....what????? They supposed to do it! 370 POUNDS for what? 5 litres of oil changed? 3 h? They said first service 30 minutes . I called to do the appointment from the car computer....I wasted ball my day anyway for that almost 3 h waiting there....they supposed to pay me back the money! Why they can play and do everything they want with the customer? And WE CAN'T? WHY? .....I WISH to exist another BOS LIKE Mr.Gottlieb Daimler and Karl Benz was before!!!
