Very poor customer service. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon with wanting more information on my next purchase. Spoke to the host who said I had to be added to a "waiting list" because there we no sales advisors available? I then asked for a brochure while I was waiting and she said Mercedes don't do them and she hardly knew anything about the car I was looking at. After glancing across to sales advisors stood in the corner chatting and not approaching me, I wondered around the showroom and then left and went to a leading competitor; and spent my money there. Very poor customer service which I will be addressing to any friends or family looking to purchase a Mercedes-Benz
