I spotted a Mercedes 350 SL for sale at Mercedes B...

I spotted a Mercedes 350 SL for sale at Mercedes Benz Poole on the Pistonheads Website , sadly there were no pictures and I contacted the above Branch in order to obtain either Pictures or a Video of the Car .
A week later despite numerous Phone Calls and Promises I received absolutely nothing . Last night Friday I called again speaking to a Dan Betts , he checked his records and acknowledged that they did indeed have record of my interest , he couldn't understand what had happened apologised profusely and confirmed they at least still had the car WG62CCA and undertook to send me a video . Being a decent man I naturally accepted his apology and looked forward to seeing the Car . Saturday has now come and again still no video , I called up only to find that Dan Betts is off work and the car has been sold some time back . This is my experience of Mercedes Benz Poole .

Well a week has now gone and we are on May Bank Holiday Weekend , nobody has had the courtesy to contact me despite Imogens reply and to
make matters worse I have been inundated with Junk Mail from the Dealership offering me all sorts of Deals on New Cars . Do yourself a favour Avoid !

I came into the dealership after my friend Leila recommended I look at changing my car as I was having multiple problems with my current car. The dealership and all the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with and they were very informative. I am still in the early stages of buying but I was made to feel very relaxed throughout the whole experience. The staff are all very friendly and put my mind at ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new or used car I look forward to purchasing in the upcoming months

If you want great service from friendly, knowledgeable staff then go no further! I would have never believed that buying a car could be such a pleasant, stress free experience. Sales executive Martin Ingram was extremely helpful, professional and patient, especially with my 2 young children! We all love our new car, thank you very much!

Experts on luxury cars with services that are worth every penny. Knew exactly the parts we needed for my dads S500 and saw us even though we had no appointment. The showroom is spotless and there are professional staff who can give you a nice tour of their range of cars. Might be expensive to some, but why settle for second best?

Booked a test drive of a new GLA 220, made arrangements to take time of work and when we turned up the car we was meant to be test driving had been sold! Apparently the salesman tried to call us but seemed to have the wrong contact number! Coincidentally after going through the Carwow website we were offered a better deal on the same car, from the same dealership despite having previously told there was no better deal to be had by the salesman! Even though the car would have come from the same company and dealership, to have been fobbed off in this manner is appalling. We were going to be happy paying a little more for buying from our local dealer but in light of this deplorable service we have now ordered a new GLA from another dealership who understands the concept of service.

Had to take my car in twice for warranty work, was promised it would be cleaned as they didn't "have time" the first time around. They also didn't do it the second time around after promising it would be next time. Isn't this part of the Merc service? It went to Mercedes in Southampton for its first service instead. Its the little things that make the difference guys, even if it is just a car wash!

Appalling service, today was my second time walking through the door, not welcomed with a hello or at least a smile. I was interested in purchasing a new car today and the host couldn t get us out the door quick enough telling us no one could help us and we couldn t even look at the car because it s a Sunday. Very disappointed and has put me off ever going back, very unhelpful and unprofessional, I would be very worried if that was my business!

Great cars but don't rely on great service. Constantly had problems with booking the car in and them ordering the wrong parts or not ordering them. This was my first Mercedes and will be my last! Certainly not the premium brand and experience I was hoping for

A nice dealership however..

A nice dealership however..

I was unfortunate enough to get my mercedes from here. The reason for this is that I felt we weren't treated fairly during the purchase period.

We felt we were rushed into signing things by the salesman and also during a test drive where typically you're told about the car and different models the salesman just sat quietly and we wondered why. I think this was due to the fact they were busy thinking about how to make most commission.

This is sad because it's not how a customer should be treated especially when it comes to large purchases.

We had multiple delays with getting the car, even simple things such as a wrong spelling of my name (from their end) resulted in multiple days of waiting. In the end we were given some vouchers which are believed to be given anyway as 'compensation'.

Of course doing your own research on a car is important however there should have been some things mentioned during the test drive and perhaps going over the spec.

I dont think I'll come back to sandown Poole dealership. Go to Salisbury one instead.

I had my doubts about going to a main dealership and didn t think I would be taken seriously however the staff were all amazing and couldn t have been more helpful. Although I did not purchase i will definitely be back in the new year to look at my options.

Was pleasantly surprised getting my C Class serviced - I haven't used a main dealer in years but with prices BETTER than specialists I contacted it was a good time to try.

Drop off and collection were great, the work done to a high standard obviously.

Personally , I would decline the car wash - it's an automated one which sadly affected the alloy wheels on my car. They were already badly corroded with paint flaking and I am booked in for refurbishment anyway, so I'm not bothered - but I'll decline the wash next time.

I had purchased a used car from Mercedes Benz of Poole, the car had a problem. I took car to my local Mercedes dealer,they checked the vehicle and told me what is wrong with the vehicle,then I have decided to return a car.Because the vehicle has got more than one faulty.
I have sent the e mail to Mercedes Benz of Poole,about returning of the vehicle within the 30 days agreed time.
They have confirmed by e mail that ,I want to return faulty car,but so far nothing happened.
The sales person keep lying to me over a 6 months, on behalf of the their sales manager.
Last week I rang to Mercedes Benz of UK, and complain about the matter,so far,I am awaiting their solutions.
If I am not satisfied,I will look for a legal advice.
I will write here for the future solutions. Anybody want to buy a car from Mercedes Benz of Poole,be carefull.

I had to take my car yesterday for a missing part ...

I had to take my car yesterday for a missing part after two years to be sorted.
A guy in service department called Lloyd was dealing with me.
He is such a rude and arrogant person unfortunately with such a poor approach.
My car is a GLC and the curtesy car he gave me was a Smart, when I said that I am not happy he said that is what is available.
With no choice as had a time off work I had to arrange with a friend to pick up my kuds from school and had a lots of hassle.
The day after when he called to say my car is ready he said I had to drop the car although I told him the day before that I will be at work tomorrow and if it isn t sorted today they had to drop my car and pick up theirs.
He wax so rude again on the phone and even his manager, non of them had a any sort of customer care skills and it was really frustrating dealing with people like them.
My work place is just 10 minuets away but they had an argument with me and my husband about dropping the car and kept questioning our availability.
Unfortunately very poor customer service and these sort of people take this place down.
We had poor customer care before from this dealer as well any way.

I am sure that if you are visiting to buy a brand new Mercedes, you will be the centre of attention ... sadly, it doesn't appear to be the case when you arrive with your 10 year old SLK :(
Early Saturday afternoon and the workshop shut for the weekend at 1 o'clock - an hour before the rest of the dealership ... not helpful for an owner with a Mon-Fri job.
Nice free coffee and biscuits ... although we had to find clean cups ... it would seem that it's somebody else's job to keep on top of that ...
In fact, that's probably my biggest gripe ... lack of ownership of the customer ...

So I have had 3 cars now from Mercedes Benz Poole and the service from start to finish has always been nothing less that perfect! I usually deal with Eman or Martin and they know there stuff! They are always happy to help and always deliver on their promises! My next car will be from them and the car after that and so on! Thanks guys!

Always a que, staff very slow, sit with backs to customers trying to look busy. sales person didn't know anything about the models and was even wrong car info data sheet presented in front of the showroom car, never a good experience there, but the cars themselves are of course excellent.

I was apprehensive seeing the vast building and range of vehicles way beyond my price, however: I required a replacement wing mirror PDQ.
The polite chap in the "Parts Dept" obtained the replacement overnight.
It transpired I needed more than just a new glass and within 3 hours all parts had been located and fitted.
The initial Service reception "meet and greet" chap was very helpful as were the chap with the "interesting" facial hair and the beautiful brown eyed female who completed the paperwork.
All in all a good experience, although very busy the place runs like a well oiled machine.
OK the prices are very Mercedes but after all that's to be expected.

Excellent service from the moment I went into Mercedes Benz Poole to when I collected my car this week. I dealt with Leila and from start to finish she was brilliant. Once I had been in to get a quote she would call to keep in touch and I felt her approach very personable and professional. Then once I had ordered the car Leila kept me fully updated at all times and helped a huge amount with the transition and with the handover, Leila's knowledge was great and I could not have received a better service. Would always recommend Mercedes Benz Poole and specifically Leila and I would not go anywhere else. Thank you, George.

Great service from the moment I got to the dealership. Welcomed with a coffee whilst I waited for my salesman, Oli (I arrived early).

Oli helped me with the process of purchasing my first Mercedes from start to finish. Gave me all the info I needed and a great deal on my car! Couldn t be happier!

Ive been looking for a car for so long now and at last I went to Poole Mercedes-Benz. Found the best deals that I ve been looking for all this time. But my biggest thank you is to Leila for her amazing customer service and most professional advices. She knew what i wanted with my A-class and gave me the best deal I couldnt find anywhere. Superficially seems top notch but a significant some of it is pure veneer and smart 'uniforms' if you understand what I am saying. Don't manage expectations / communucate well enough ( taking to others who were waiting too). Didn't do one big thing (update satnav) they said they would do! Not good.

Such a big deceivers. They sold us a car & assured us that there was no damage in the past. Just find out that it was damaged and they covered it by a new color. They refused to do anything about that. Still dishonest.
Be careful you're dealing with such an expert lairs! Check every single thing yourself, Do Not TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!
