Purchased a car from them 3 years ago new C Class ...

Purchased a car from them 3 years ago new C Class Convertible and was hoping to get another one, but trying to deal with this company has put me off. Ive made numerous calls to try and receive a price, I finally get through to someone and they are pushing me to come in rather than pricing me via email which i asked for. I called a couple of days later as i had no reply and was told nothing was done wit my enquiry and was promised it would be, then i get a call the next day from Mathew Ryder saying i understand you want to make an appointment to come in, I said no i don't so he said ok i have all the details so will send you a quote. You would of thought knowing full well i had been messed around already he would of just sent the quote straight out.

The Service department is just as bad you have to beg for your car back and they are more interested in selling you extras than dealing with the actual issues the car is in for.

I have decided to go back to Audi Customer service is much better and after having a test drive yesterday the vehicles are also far more superior to the rattly old Mercedes engine
