After an accident at work, I took my car to these guys for repairs. Granted my car had a few scratches but when it came out of their workshop after being washed, it had significantly more scratches than when it went in. When I asked the gent looking after me, he drove the car round to the workshop, returning minutes later and told me that the gent in the workshop said my car came in dirty with ALL those scratches already there. I explained it had some scratches and pointed those I knew were already there, he asked me why their workshop repairer would LIE ( you can draw your own conclusions from that). This is my fourth Mercedes in 21years and it will be my last!!. I won t buy a car nor repair my car with these guys in future. I am extremely disappointed as I have always received an excellent service from Mercedes in Bristol. My preception is now ruined and now when I replace my car in a few months time, it will no longer be a Mercedes as planned.

Imogen - A month after your follow up comment below and still no call from your dealership as you indicated (not that I expected a call anyway). Please provide accurate actionable feedback, rather than the perception that your dealership gets to the bottom of customer complaints which you don t. Thank you!
