Dishonest service department!!! Had my 2007 S550 towed there on 10/16/19 for diagnosis because I wasn t getting any power to the vehicle. Was told it was the alternator and that it could take 2 weeks or 2 months to get the part. So December rolls around I had to be in Chicago so I had the vehicle shipped out there and Had the vehicle diagnosed at another certified dealership and it was NOT the alternator, the alternator was just unplugged. They had the vehicle up and running the same day. Terrible customer service no one will return my calls I just want my money back that I paid for the FALSE diagnosis. I sent proof (the diagnosis from the other dealership) to the service managers email and haven t got a response. And plus not to mention 2 months without having a car I had to Uber everywhere or ask friends so they made everything very complicated for me.
