I am disappointed with this location' s service pr...

I am disappointed with this location' s service practices. They over charge ridiculous and I left my umbrella in a loaner and that is my fault but I would expect them to have the decency to remove said item and put it to the side. I contacted the dealership within less than 24 hrs to inquire about my umbrella which was a gift and spoke to Mr.Bin Chen. I was also informed that the loaner I had was not given back out. With that said there is dishonest behavior going on with one of the employees. They move to their own beat of the drum. This site is obviously not moving to the beat of Mercedes-Benz ethics wise.
