I love the car and that's why I'm giving them one star. I bought a very expensive vehicle here and you would expect the best possible service ever. The salesperson was below average, he was always in a rush going back and forth. I had to wait almost 2hs for a cash operation (nonsense). I also purchased a few extras and the windshield hydrophobic protection. Because I was on vacation that week (around holidays) I asked them to keep the car and apply the protection (it's a 30m work) before delivering the car. The next day after multiple attempts I picked up the car. The protection wasn't applied, the car was dirty and had some scratches on the inside. The salesperson didn't even bother to make it right and asked me for a 10/10 review!. It took them another week to set up an "appointment" to apply the windshield protection. I had to wait for over two hours to get the service done. The worst part is that the protection is not hydrophobic. The manager offered me some "goodies" to make it right to get a good survey (that's the only motivation they have), when I asked them about it they said "the person is not in the office today" - how convenient. After the survey was delivered they went dark and treated me really bad, in fact I had to call them to get my license plates which btw I had to install myself.
This dealership is really bad, do yourself a favor and visit another dealership.
