Unfortunately everything went south once we 'paid'...

Unfortunately everything went south once we 'paid' for the new car. It was depressing how poor the service was compared to when they were in 'selling' mode. There were very basic and fundamental problems with many aspects of the process and people who we interacted with. We've since (finally) were approached by a service manager who is trying to rectify the situation and we appreciate that, but much of the damage was done. The saga still continues as we are trying to get everything rectified. For the $ we paid, it was just not an acceptable treatment.
