I could not think of a worse experience here in Me...

I could not think of a worse experience here in Mercedes Bellevue, they are really robbers instead of professional service providers. I had my cabin filter replaced in the dealership, and it took them MORE THAN ONE WEEK to replace it. When I picked up my car after the "FIX", another surprise came to me, my car engine died after I drove out from the dealership(around 500ft). I had to call roadside assistance to send my car back to the dealership, and two days later the genius "service provider"called me with an estimation of $410 to figure out the issues why my engine didn't work. After I denied it, they quickly said they have figured the reason out - my vehicle is full of water and fuel pump module is saturated, and this was NOT THE CASE when I sent my car to the dealership. They blamed to rainy weather in Seattle to be the reason :) They should be awarded as Oscar best robber award. DON'T USE THE SERVICE HERE!!!!!
