Friendly staff, high speed-low drag. 15-20min wait on your pie. Cool atmosphere, family friendly. Mushrooms everywhere!

Oh wow this place was outstanding. We shared three small pizzas between three people and were all happy to taste all the options, which were all fantastic.

Great pizza, with unique options. One of my favorite crusts of any chain pizza joint.

The mashrom soup was not hot, not tasty and was served with teaspoon. The limonate was made with distinct tap water taste.

Service was good. TV screens are very old and very small. Drink cups are tiny. No diet drinks aside from Coke. The salad was fresh but not blended good together.

Calzone was a 4/5 on the grease scale, could be more doughy and less crispy but still hella good. The place gets a solid 8/10 on the hipster scale though, worth a visit

Good pizza crust and not at all greasy, though the service leaves a lot to be desired. Our server had a bad attitude and didn't seem to have any training at all, giving us the check seconds after the pizza arrived. The seating area next to the kitchen is loud and you can hear the kitchen staff goofing off, which kind of kills the vibe. The food was reasonable though, if a little pricey.

The sub sandwich was dry, bread hard. Very disappointed. Like the pizza's, will not order sandwiches again from them.

Every single time I order a vegan pizza here they make it wrong. Today the bartender tried convincing me it was correct and then realized it wasn t. Rude service. I am allergic to dairy and shouldn t be lied to.

Can't go wrong with this franchise, I've had plenty of these through out the states and it's never ever bad. Wait staff was very upbeat and happy to help my party find something we could all enjoy! The pizzas came out perfect.

Food was great. Beer selection was poor as they were out of everything. Service was abysmal. I do recommend it, but get a different waiter.

Very poor service. No refill on drinks. We were here an hour before we decided to walk out without food.

A good space for larger gatherings. A good atmosphere and their signature mushroom pizza was very good. Was there with some colleagues for some late night pizza and drinks. I would describe it as a private place as well because it is not mixed in with the main drag places to eat.

One of the best pizza chains in the country. Their dough is dense and perfectly textured - you can eat a couple of slices and find yourself getting full! They have plenty of non-pizza offerings as well if you so desire. Parking was simple and on-site and they did a great job decorating for Halloween! Only drawback is their beer selection is a bit sparse compared to other locations.

I enjoyed the mellow decor that included gigantic psychedelic mushrooms on the ceiling. Their cheese calzones were made to a perfection that Ben from parks and recreation would savor

I went with a group of 5 for lunch on Thursday afternoon June 9th in downtown Atlanta on Peach street. After waiting 50 minutes, none of the orders came out. The manager came over to the table and apologized for the delay and told us that he would not charge us and that the orders would just take few more minutes. We asked for them to go because we couldn't wait any longer. After about 5 minutes, 4 of the orders came out. My grilled chicken salad never arrived. The manager asked me again what my order was and that he would be right back with it. After waiting 10 more minutes, the manager never came back so after waiting a full hour for a simple salad, I left without anything. Thanks for nothing Mellow Mushroom. I should have went to Jimmie Johns next door.

Had a great experience at Mellow Mushroom the staff were extremely professional. We did have to ask to have our table wiped off bc I don't think it had been done. The table was sticky in certain spots but besides that the food was great and the staff were very accommodating. Really enjoyed our dinner, will definitely eat here again.

After a late evening tour of the Aquarium, we were ravenously hungry. The weather was cool enough, that we had decided to walk around and that only fueled our appetite. When no decent restaurant seemed to be open and all hope was lost, suddenly we saw the glimmering hope of a funnily named Pizza shop (we later realized it was a chain). Boy! what a revelation. We had the Maui Wowie pizza and it was finger licking good. It had the perfect combination of veggies and generous amounts of cheese spread on top of a super thin and soft crust that was baked to perfection. The jerk chicken meshed superbly with the seasoning and other toppings. The restaurant was almost empty and we had a gala time freaking out over how good the pizza was. We also ordered a calzone to go as we were too stuffed to eat anymore and yet reluctant to not try something else.

They have a huge indoor seating area that's spread over two floors. The ambiance is casual, good enough for catching up with friends or reveling in a group. The food is fresh and tasty, although can be a bit expensive. Not that we were given any opportunity to complain about our food. To sum it up, we were thankful and super glad to have stumbled upon this treat of a place.

Always enjoy Mellow Mushroom. Great meal with the family. Service was attentive and responsive.

Service was seriously slow throughout the restaurant. We saw multiple tables complaining about dishes taking too long, not being delivered, etc. It took over 15 min for us to receive our drinks after ordering and our water arrived as we finishing our meal. We were seated under a cold air duct that kept blowing our napkins off the table and made both our food and us uncomfortably cold. Asked if anything could be done about it and nothing changed. Probably not coming back....

It's Different !!! We luved the taste. The mushroom ceiling is just fantastic.

Never mind these Anti-Mellows ! LET ME TELL YOU!!!!! If you have not been to the Mellow Mushroom in Atlanta, GA (can t speak for anywhere else) then you are wasting your LIFE! Not only is their customer service AWSOME these people are consistent! Try the pizza, try the cheesesteaks, try EVERYTHING on the menu, it s worth every $$ and worth the wait! We have dined in as well as had it DoorDash ed, carry out and reheated, BOMB af every time! My kids love it here and every time there s a chance to have the Mellow, we take it! I m eating a slice of the Funky Q. Chicken right now...

My friends' bill was accidentally charged to my card along with my charges. I called the manager and within 10 minutes, he researched it and resolved it. What amazing service. I honestly expected them to say do you have your receipt, no well sorry.

I will go back just because of this wonderful Post Service!

Been coming to the spring street location for years. They have really gone down hill. Came in today to get a pizza. Was informed they have no bacon! . Ok, no problem right? I ll just have the meatball sandwich! Oops ... no bread, no French bread, no wheat bread! The waiter is telling me this while im listening and watching several managers sitting down and shooting the s__t . A few months ago, no blue moon beer. Really? This makes no sense. How can a pizza place be out of bread, bacon, and beer???? I could understand f it was a once or twice occurrence . But, it s not. Do better mellow mushroom. Please earn my business back.

I would give it a 0/5 if I could. It was the worst tasting gluten free pizza I have tasted, it seemed like they used the lowest quality ingredients. It would taste better if I got a bag of gluten free pasta and just ate that with nothing else. If your looking for a place to waste your money on their horrible tasting gluten free pizza then this is the place for you.

Really great pizza, I highly recommend the holy shiitake pizza. They're usually very busy though so even if you're just picking up, expect to wait. I was picking up one large pizza at about 6 on a Thursday, so there was a group of about 6 very loud very drunk people. I told the cashier I was there for a pick up, and she had to get to everyone before me so I ended up waiting about 10 minutes for it, despite it already being ready. I get it, but maybe prioritize quick customers over the longer and harder orders? Really great food though!

The food was good, but my group of 40 had a bad experience (surprise). With a group that big we don't expect much, but it was upsetting to wait so long for the check. The waiters were nice, but we should've had more waiters for how many of us there were. I'd come back if we're in a smaller group.

The chefs salad was really good. They were super crowded but the service was great and it didn't take long to get our food

Cheap silverware and thin napkins. The medium pizza for 6 is only for 4. Not enough mushrooms. Crust is 15-18 of the pizza instead of 5-8% and that's a waste.

The mushroom soup was not warm and not real. The salad was fresh but the ingredients, though interesting, not put together correctly.

Great food, very nice staff. Only a 4 star because food took a little longer than normal. Would go back again.

It was fantastic It has mellow mushroom themed gates its very nice but it is not like true mellow mushroom spirit it is more classy than funky.
