The Single party was fun in terms of music and party atmosphere of the partygoers / DJs! But unfortunately that can be read 0% to the employees ... (bar / cloakroom). All grumpy heads tonight. And blunt comments. Too bad, because that also makes my experience of the evening a lot less. Would also return less soon. Provide happy Melkeg employees! (through a good selection or through investment in your employees)

Lovely concert halls, everything runs smoothly and everyone is kind

The atmosphere is very good, the security is super nice and neat and everyone works super hard to give you a great experience!

Was not very busy when I went for a hip hop night but the DJs and music were amazing, blast of a night out still!

The accommodations with the building are very good and that combined with awesome gigs

As a Canadian, I found this a decent club. Saturdays they play hiphop and rap, but it was very old school with early 2000s. Not a lot of current stuff that you would hear in North America. Some nostalgic feels.

Nice music venue and nice place to watch a movie. Eating in the restaurant is also recommended!

The venue is nice, multiple stages, awesome lights. However, you have to pay to go to the toilet regardless of already paid entrance (~25 euro). Cocktails are not existent at all. If you want a cocktail, then buy ingidients and DIY. The security is absolutely unresponsive, kicking us out while telling how sad his life is? Unprofessional at the latest. Avoid this place unless you are willing to ruin your night.

Cool place for party and tecno music had a good time

Sad, during the Rose, Everything was really chaotic and the show started 30 mins late. Not much staff outside.

Alpha Blondy. This concert also seen in a different place. But the Milky Way was special. A nice atmosphere and nice and quiet but very enthusiastic audience that had come to make a nice evening. And that was picked up well by alpha blondy and his band. Special!

Decent venue, has lots to offer, like an expo room, cinema, bars and more!

Great place for concerts of 'smaller' artists. Really close to the action. However you'll have to buy a membership to be able to buy tickets. It's not expensive, but still.

It's a one stop location for your all your entertainment needs and a night life in the city of Amsterdam. It's like an "entertainment mall" where there's everything inclusive. You will never regret going to Melkweg

Visited on Saturday when they had encore event which is mainly rnb and hip-hop. Great venue great atmosphere you will definitely have a great time. Entry fee was 15. There is a locker that costs 2 to put your belongings if you don't want to use the cloakroom.

Nice location in the middle of the city. Were only several concerts, and therefore unclear where we had to queue. Now walked in line for 3 quarters of an hour, and when we arrived at the entrance we saw that our entrance was free. Had we known this before, we would not have been in the cold for so long.

Always a nice bar with good music, Drinks are very expensive

Good venue for music and other entertainment. Reasonably priced bar, with some nice specialty beers.

I went to Melkweg cinema and i was quite happy about the quality. The movie was an arthouse movie in a festival full of colors and light which was quite nicely displayed here. The audio quality was also nice. To be honest I didn t expect that because the cinema was relatively small. It was a nice experience overall.

Epic! Dear security! Let me explain, the security ensured that I was able to let my mother experience a safe event at a walking distance. It was Ajax evening !!! After closing we could still wait inside until the taxi bus could drive ahead! And a seat was taken !!! Great, big hug for the security of the Melkweg !!!!

Lovely such a small room so that you can really taste the atmosphere in comparison to, for example, the ziggo dome. Nice building too and everything is well arranged.

Great venue with multiple size stages and lockers. Just be aware there is a monthly/yearly venue subscription and they only accept pin (bank cards).

Top room with lots of good rock / metal programming. Lockers are a bit small, since you pay two euros for it.

Went to see IAMDBB, was located in the smaller room, really cozy, super chill atmosphere. Not a big specular show, but a really nice intimate one. Not sure what the larger room is like though..

Super room, consumptions just pay without the hassle of coins.

Way bigger than I thought it would be. Wasn't overcrowded and has a fantastic atmosphere. Love the token system.

Nice location for concerts! I liked the lockers for your clothes or valuables, it's much better than a wardrobe!
