You know I tried giving them a chance, I ve always heard negative things about how this store operates and I didn t want to believe it, so I tried things out for myself over the course of 6 months, shopped here a dozen plus times. Phone lines never get answered and the staff comes off as being extremely arrogant, not to mention it s one of the few stores where phone use is not allowed due to the fact that it s location and inventory draws a lot of new customers and they do not want you looking up competition prices while in the store, they put you in a pinch to impulse buy. I personally feel as though this is a store that takes advantage of new fire arm owners and enthusiasts. I recommend looking elsewhere, that s my personal opinion but that shouldn t stop you from making a visit yourself.

I have purchased multiple firearms from Mega Sports and have had nothing but good experiences. They have hands down the largest selection (on hand) I have ever seen, as well as an extremely knowledgeable staff. It's a large store and there staff consists of knowledgeable employees, sometimes everyone is already helping other customers, it's worth the wait. The staff will show you multiple options for whatever you are looking for. It's a one stop shop, pricing is competitive, and selection is second to none.

Very nice store and range. If you are from out of state you aren't able to rent firearms for their range though

Was going to just buy a gun case, not even look at firearms. Wasn t allowed to enter store because my FOID card expired in October, I had renewed in June, but IL is a mess and foid cards are super backed up. I can understand if I was going to be looking at guns. I just wanted to support a local business rather than a big box retailer, especially because of the hardships businesses have faced during covid. Pretty crazy these guys won t even let you in the store, what if I was from out of state and a FOID card doesn t even apply to them? Out of state people with a valid hunters license can buy ammo without a FOID card. I will never be back to support this business.

I've been to Mega sports at least a hand full of times now. The range is nice but customer service is terrible. I did have one really helpful guy last year who helped me pick a red dot sight for one of my guns. Besides him if i get any service at all i feel like i am bothering them to be in the store. Last week i was in there with about 5-6 other people, there was an older gentlemen who was an employee SWEARING at a younger employee because he couldn't read the handwriting on the customers order and said his is probably no better. it was obvious the people were very uncomfortable and felt bad for the younger employee. The other customers and I eventually walked out because no one would help us and the gentleman felt it was more important to break down boxes then help us. That will be my last visit to their store.

otherwise it would be 1 waited 20-25 minutes scanning through their selection to find a weapon i was looking for. even the sales person was doing the same, just scanning trying to find it. the price was high and when i showed the salesperson that i can get it cheaper at cabelas, his attitude went from 0 to 100 real quick. he went to speak with the manager and said they wouldn't budge on the price and then proceeded to give me even more attitude. regardless not going back.

Incredible selection of all equipment and accessories for the shooting sports! Huge. Must see it to believe!

After being in the store for the second time in being treated horribly I read the reviews. I m not surprised at all at what I saw. It appears that this place does not need any extra people in there to buy things apparently they have all the money and business they need they won t get mine anymore.

This is the only place i know that u need a FOID card just to enter the store. UNHEARD OF... I was turned away because my card was expired but it was applied for back in April. Even though i showed them the E-Mail i got from State Police. I say **** the Mega Hole go to Bass Pro. At least there u can walk in without being discriminated...

Any time I have shopped here I am given great suggestions and input on products. Staff here are knowledgeable about their products and more than willing to interact and spend time with their customers. Absolutely outstanding, large selection.

OK. You can only use certain type of ammo. My expectations are very very very very very very low for gun staff. As long as they don't call me "motherphucer" or try to hit me and are some what attentive I give them a pass. I'm being serious. I walk into a gun store not expecting to be treated like human being.

Think of the gun clerks as your boss and you've shown up two hours late for work and with a new dent in the company truck. That's the reception you should expect.

9 times out of 10 gun clerks hate life, the world, and you. Someday maybe I'll give it a try. I've had a couple (1 yes 2 maybe) clerks that where cool. I'm fairly knowledgable about firearms. It one my hobbies and I read alot. However they don't care. So if they wait on you in like 5 minutes and they don't try to piss on you they get four stars. Five would be a positive exchange between a gun store clerk that was smiling and happy. Someday......I'll have a good experience.

High prices on everything....ammo especially.....their customer service is terrible....stood at a gun counter wanting to look at a handgun they had on sale....made eye contact with several employees, was never asked if I could be helped. Stood there for the better part of 15 mins and left leaving what I was going to purchase on the counter....noticed several employees standing around talking with each other....several employees that were just shooting the breeze with their feiends that had no intent on buying anything.......if you are close to the Illinois indiana border go to blythes in griffith indiana.

I've dabbled around shooting my fathers rifles and handguns but have never pursued owning my own firearm. I visited Mega Sports for the first time and was very impressed with the kind and knowledgable service the staff provided. Being unfamiliar with gun ranges, the salesman recommended that I attend the FREE gun range orientation that they provide. I attended the class a couple days later and the instructor, Matt, was fantastic! Touched on just about everything an amateur would want to know. He covered how to properly hold a handgun, general firearm safety, gun range etiquette, and more.

With my new found level of comfort, I proceeded to the gun range to test out some of their firearm rentals. Ryan was there to assist with my selections and was able to offer a wide range of knowledge about the various brands and calibers. I'm going to make another visit or two before I decide to make my purchase, but this is the only store I will be doing business with any time soon!

Walked in was asked for my FOID card no problem, then my girlfriend was asked for hers, she is from Indiana that doesn't have a FOID card! I told him that and since I was with her why should she need one! He should have asked if she had a CCL which she does from Indiana! I wouldn't buy a bullet from that place nor will I ever go back and will not recommend that place to anyone. Very poor management that doesn't inform their employees about other states requirement.

Mega CRAP- I Went there today to use the range and it was a complete nightmare. First, they refused to let me use the commercially manufactured Ammo I purchased stating the company that makes it (Freedom Munitions) also make remanufactured Ammo, and they just don't like that, regardless that my box's all said NEW Manufactured and Ammo was pristine. So I agreed to purchase a box of there's under protest but wanting to shoot. Then they asked if I needed targets, I said no I have my own NRA Match targets. Once again they had a problem stating that I had to purchase and use there targets only! So I packed up my stuff and went to Rinks-

This is a good place to shop for a firearm and decide what you want, then go elsewhere to make a purchase. Most things here are overpriced and most of the staff act as if you re a bother for being there. There is definitely a wide variety of firearms to look at though.

Slow process waited 30min for print receipts, but the store and products are easy 5 star, but again zero costumer service, sales associates act like they doing a favor for me to spend thousands of dollars! This store could be #1 with a little smile and showing appreciation for my business!

I would not recommend this place because they seem to have shady and deceptive practices.The place is over priced compared to online stores. The staff is relatively rude and seem to have an "attitude" failing to realize that this is a place of business. They advertise firearms as "new" but they seem to have magazines that have wear and tear with soot like residue in them leading me to believe the product was fired a few times. I find it highly strange that they will ask you to show them the money before purchasing an item. Also they ask for a "reason" of purchase... How about none of your business when I choose to exercise my second amendment right. I wish gander outdoors reopens their store nearby and sends these guys out of business.

Very poor customer service. Also prices are 30-40% higher than some online stores for same items. I'd go to a store and expect to pay a little more for some advice and customer service, but when I get none and prices are full retail and above it's not worth it. The range is outdated and has bad ventilation.

This place is no good, they sell some cheap ammo on their store but you cant use it on their range, they have good selections of rifle, handguns, accessories but its not cheap you can actually find a better deal on other gun stores. Place is clean but their customer service is one of the worst.

This gun store has it all, great indoor range and the prices are decent however their customer service can be improved in my opinion, no paying customers should have to wait over 30 minutes and that the minimum average wait time to be seen on a regular day.

The staff has no people skills got thrown out for asking a question just plain rude people. Spend your money somewhere else. I won't ever go back nor will I suggest you shop there.

A friend of mine and I went to megasports to look a few hand guns. I have a FOID card and my friend does not. The kid at the door told my friend he would have to wait outside while I looked; he couldn't even come in the door since he didn't have a FOID card. I explained to him that a FOID card is not needed to look at firearms only to purchase or own a firearm or ammunition.

Other experiences I have had with megasports are the sales staff is very rude and demeaning. They treat you like they are so much better than you and you don't know a damn thing. I wouldn't buy from them if they were the only gun shop left.

I used to avoid this place like the plague, first experience was 5 years ago picking out my first gun and was insulted and ignored for wanting something other than a .22.
So I spent $1,000 elsewhere on a Super Redhawk.

Skip forward 5 years and with an itch for a couple compact pistols and wanted to see everything before I bought something (this place has everything) I have never owned a SA prior to my trip so I asked a million questions, handled a million guns and everyone was patient and helpful and I enjoyed my time there.

I bought A full size and a compact 9mm from them along with some grips and ammo.

The prices are fair, but on the high side of fair (think of the overhead) there are a lot of rules posted storewide and while the range is decent, there are rules about reloads, brands and caliber, targets are also expensive. There is also some tension between certain staff members.

This is not the place to buy your first gun, this is not the place to act suspicious or stupid, this is not the place for a bargain, but this is the place if you want something and know they will have it and want to work with patient, knowledgeable staff, I am glad this place exists because it is awesome!

(Shop Rinks for your first gun or want to deal with very friendly staff and better prices however they don't allow dry fire to feel action )

Great selection of guns ammo and accessories. Also great indoor range. HOWEVER it just so happens that every time i have gone in with my husband they will NOT wait on us! We have literally stood there waiting for someone to see some very expensive guns, fully prepared to spend a chunk of money, for at least 20 minutes!.. Funny thing.. when i am not with him, they will wait on him. Not cool... no money will thus be spent here.

The LARGEST firearm selection in Chicagoland!! Seriously, If you want to actually see those high-end firearms you read about..don't waste your time going elsewhere.

This is the place to go if you're interested in firearms, quality knives, gun safes, holsters, flashlights, etc.
Prices are comparable to any of the large sporting goods chains. (Not the cheapest but, not out of line either).

Their staff is generally very knowledgeable & friendly. They can help you find what fits your needs.

The range is clean and in good shape (nothing broken or out dated).

So with all this..why only 4 stars?? Their store policies can be a bit much for some people. These policies have changed periodically as well.
Examples...You must show your FOID to ENTER the store, No using your phone in the store, you can only use their targets on the range (silhouettes have no head), you can't shoot targets less than 15' away in the range.
Just somethings you should be prepared for, before you go. Their store, their rules.

Personally, I don't let the policies keep me away. Every firearm enthusiast owes it to themselves to visit here at least once.

Still lots of guns.
Ammo is little thin, but elections do that.

It's been a little while since I shot at Mega Sports. The experience and Nick was great.

I've been purchasing from Mega Sports since 2008. This FIREARM WAREHOUSE has by far the largest inventory in at least a 50 mile radius. The staff has always been great to me and are always willing to help. Yes, during the Post-Sandy Hook Gun Buying Spree Extravaganza of 2013, they did require a FOID to enter the building, as that helped to stem the onslaught of human waves looking to buy everything in sight. Now that that debacle is finally over, and business has returned to normal, it is a pleasant experience once again. One thing I will advise against! Do not allow them to mount your optics. My friend just purchased a rifle and scope, we attempted to zero it and could not zero the scope. We took it to a gunsmith and the scope was mounted incorrectly. Please have your optics mounted at a gunsmith or by a competent individual.

Latgest selection if you are looking to buy. You can rent and evaluate before you buy; which is always recommend.

Best selection of firearms I have ever seen. Have always found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. Range is nice and clean but high on price.

I walked in and was almost denied access to the store to purchase something non firearm related because I didn't possess my FOID, even though I have a valid CCL. Even if I wanted to purchase a firearm here, state law says a valid CCL is acceptable in lieu of the FOID. Not sure why this place is different from every other gun store I've been to. I guess I'll just take my business elsewhere.

I have bought 2 firearms from here and both times I have had only the best experience. I usually never write reviews, but I'm really not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Reviews about prices being so high are also incorrect. Prices at Cabelas and Gander were both 100-150$ more than the price at mega sports and that price was lower than the msrp on the manufacturer website. I go early in the morning when they open, and I go in knowing what I'm looking for. Do research into what you want first. I'm sure you would be pissed if someone came to your job and spent an hour plus asking questions about why one gun is one color and the other feels too heavy. Range fee is also the same as the other large ranges in the area so I'm still confused at all of the bad rap. I will recommend people to go here and I will return to buy any future weapons.

The only reason this place gets one star is because of the selection. Other than that, it sucks. Feel like the salespeople didn t want to bother with me because I was a novice and a female. Had to wait around like 15 minutes staring at them until they decided to acknowledge me, then told me out of the enormous selection of guns they had, he couldn t think of any suggestions for something that would be better than others for a left-hander and dumped me off on another person who didn t want to help either. Terrible service!

Went with my wife who also have a CCL. She wanted to purchase a new firearm, but after we both showed our CCL we were told we could not purchase the firearm she wanted because I had our credit card in my pocket. They said it would be a straw purchase. I am not sure they were correct in that as we both have valid CCL's and the account is in both of our names as like I said we are married. Would love to get any clarification on this. From what I know they were wrong. I will never go there again!!!!

Great selection and layout. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend coming here if you're shopping for your first firearm or if you have basic questions. Went in to buy a simple holster and the staff gave me a hard time. It was easier to just leave.

It's a nice store. Some of the staff are pretty good others pretty bad. My disappointment with the store was due to the fact that they carded me 5 feet inside the door(FOID). I guess that's to keep anti-gun people out and I get it. My nephew was with me and they wouldn't even allow him in the store because he doesn't yet have a FOID card. Their inventory of firearms is excellent but I feel like they could work on their consumer friendliness. Overall a good gun store, just a couple of disappointing things.

Mega Sports has everything you need but it's a 3 hour wait to get in because they only let one person per associate in at a time.

This place is a joke. I m a ccl holder and they wouldn t let me in with just my ccl permit. They said they required the physical Foid card to check expiration dates since people have been denied .

I live 45 minutes from here and didn t have it with me since I carry my ccl card. So being someone with common sense, I pulled up my Information on the ISP website. For those that don t know, it will show you the status of your cards, expiration dates, etc.

I was told that me showing them that won t work. What this person fails to realize is this. Your Foid card can be revoked/suspended for a variety of reasons. When someone shows you concrete proof that they are valid, it should be accepted. Instead, you re relying on a physical card that doesn t magically change to inactive or void

A little bit of common sense goes a long way. They lost easily $3500 in sales from me today, and going further who knows how much. Everyone in the various shooting sports organizations and gun clubs I attend will hear this. Hope it was worth it.

I was a little hesitant to head here after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The facility was clean and well lit. The staff was busy with other customers when I arrived, but I waited my turn and was assisted in due course. The staff was professional, but not overly "friendly" - which is just fine for this environment. The range itself was great except for the guy shooting the .44 magnum next to me all morning ... ;). Really, other than the price for the range fee being a little steep (but it is good for all day - not just an hour like most ranges), I think this place is great - AND it probably has one of the biggest gun selections I have seen in a long time.

I have to put my 2 cents in here. If you don't know what you are doing with a gun. Get some training. Do Not Expect the guys at the counter just to sell you a gun. They don't care what race, creed or color you are. What they DO HAVE is a lot of liability. And maybe a little lack of patience. There are a lot of people buying a lot of guns, right now. Learn what you are doing, be safe and most of all stop Whining!
The guy behind the counter, is Not your Mommy. This is serious big boy, big girl stuff. Treat it that way. And you will be treated with respect.

Great, great knowledgeable staff. Largest selection of guns ANYWHERE. It's like heaven if you like shooting sports. The indoor range is gorgeous, well lit and very safe. I have been to a dozen or so gun shows and ranges and this one is easily the king of the hill. I have bought several guns and more ammo than I care to think about, all priced fairly. Highly recommend Mega Sports

If I could give zero stars I would......PLEASE people for the love of god avoid this place at all cost. I brought in my sig p320 to have some Trijicon iron sights installed (simple job right....). Wrong Not only did I wait over an hour, (for a 20-minute job) but the "Sig Sauer Certified Armor" sends out another employee to explain to me that there something wrong with my front sight and put the blame squarely on Trijicon sending me a bad front sight. This was a Flat Out Lie, because when I was waiting for the guy I could hear him hammering on my sights from two aisles down, and when I looked at the sight you can see how warped it is from him working on it. They were not like this when I inspected them. I received these sight from midway USA and the day they came into the mail was the day I took them into megasports. So not only did I shell out $150 + $45 they charge to put the sights on, but then now I had to wait over a week for them get shipped a replacement which by the way I had to fight with them because the head gunsmith wanted to bend them back in place!!! I said hell no way your not touching my gun again! Please people it s hard enough in Illinois with all the laws we must follow, the taxes and fees we must pay, don t give these bozos your hard-earned money making these guys rich, they don t care about you, they just want your money and for you to scram, they re prices suck on everything, they re rude, and they without a doubt know nothing about guns.

If someone breaks into your home, a common response would be to purchase a gun to protect yourself & family in-case it happens again.
Mega Sports doesn't believe in home protection and will refuse to sell you a firearm for it. After wasting a few hours of your time first.
If you Don't believe in the 2nd Amendment and think firearms are only used for Hunting and Target- Mega is for you

Because of their selection my brother and I drove almost an hour to go here. Trainee at the door was polite and courteous after making us wait for a salesperson. However sales person was rude and arrogant. Made me feel like he was doing me a favor by waiting on us. At one point told my brother thats it. We're out of here I can't take this anymore. Maybe his father owns the place and he's used to talking down to people. At 55 years of age this is the first time I found it necessary to write a review. Thats how bad this experience was.

Range needs better ventilation and lighting, the staff if very friendly and helpful. There prices are very competitive. I would go back if my range was full.

Will never spend a dime here went in there and the workers treat you like your bothering them and as if there not intrested in making a sale. Well im a very big high end weapons collector and they wont get a penny of all the money i spend on guns and ammo. Never go there keep away worst place.

I live 2 miles from this place and visit quite a bit. Bar far the best technically knowledgeable staff in the entire area. Very clean and well maintained. Never shot at the range since I belong to a local club 4 miles away but I can tell you that they have the best INDOOR environment to shoot with the air handlers and the daily de-leading and cleaning the range goes through. I have seen my share of "idiots" that walk into the store. I actually think that the staff is more tolerant of these guys than most places. I know for a fact that the process to transfer firearms is checked multiple time to insure everything is perfect. I dont want BATF knocking on my door. I highly suggest doing some shopping here!

Bought here a few times before, had no problems. Went in today to check out a Mossberg 500 only to be handed the gun and told I needed a driver's license and have it taken away. I had given my foid, and have a state ID, so I asked what the problem was and the guy helping me asked what seemed to be a manager. The manager then proceeded to argue and yell at me about the law that clearly states that a state ID is sufficient. Left in a not so nice way unfortunately, the guy kinda pissed me off. Would have been fine had the guy told me it was a store policy or something, but instead he was just rude all the way through. First kid I worked with was fine, but the old guy was a huge issue.

Visited the range with my wife about 30 minutes agom never felt so nervous and unwanted in my life at any other range. The old man running the range was rude and a jerk from the beginning.first off i understand my wife and i look young. Were both 30 years old. But this guy would not stoo stairing us down the whole time we were on the range. He came on the speaker 3 separate times to yell at us for not having the barrel of out .22lr riffle pasked far enough over the bench. My wife's stomach was uo against the bench and it was still not good enough. After purchasing ammo in the front of the store that they sold me. The old man told me i was not allowed to shoot it on the range cause it was "made in Russia and we only shoot America ammo here.". If your coworkers just sold it to me why would i not be able to shoot it on your range? So after $120 and ten minutes of being harassed and watched like a criminal we left. Not once did the old man ask us why we were leaving after just showing up or if we enjoyed our experience. Just handed us a receipt and said see yall later. Horrible experience.never again will i return. It only seems to be the older guys in this place that always seem to have an attitude problem. Maybe they should take a lesson in Courtesy and manners from the younger guys running the sales in front.

Stopped in to purchase a couple of magazines for my Glock. Got to the door and was practically thrown out. I was very rudely asked to produce my FOI card. When I explained I have a concealed carry permit from out of state, the guy at the counter said "you can't even come in my store ". Maybe it's the law in Illinois and I certainly will abide by that law, but the very least I would expect from a store is to be polite and explain why I couldn't enter.

Went there for first and last time, they do have large selection of guns and always will have because it seems they care less about selling them, arrogant, crabby, terrible customer service. Can I give minus stars.

Great gun shop. Much larger stock than guns alone. They do not sell hunting licenses any more, but has so much shooters needs.

Went here with a buddy... he was ready to purchase a shotgun for home defense. We headed into the store, saw an abundance of staff members and went to the section of shotguns.. We waited for what seemed forever and even asked two times if we could get some help.. The first time, the staff just looked at each other and no response. We ran over to the ammo and picked some up and headed back to the shotguns... This was the second time we asked for help, this time.. the staff hollered back and said, "we're helping someone else." Nothing like, "sure let me find someone" or "no problems guys, as soon as i am done here." Finally when we were helped, the man made us feel dumb about what we were interested in.. Was rude to us and really was talking us OUT of purchasing a gun. We were appalled at the arrogance of the staff and how they made us feel... will never be going back to this place... Thank you Mega Sports!

Love this place. They ave a big gun selection from all you're dreams to come true this is the place to look and buy guns. There gun range is a little to high on price but they are well worth. The ventilation system they have is great you don't taste the gun powder after you are in the gun range for 1hr. ..

Huge amount of inventory, needs more employees and kinda pricey.

This is a gun gazers paradise. Lots of stuff to see and caress. It an be very busy and slow to get attention, but some very good hired hands to help with getting you want you want. They do not work on commission. So they won't pressure. But know what you are looking for and ask questions. There are no do overs. Due to what they are selling.

Store has it all. VERY NICE STORE FRONT.I had great experience purchasing a firearm with a fella at the counter Brian, great guy. Came back to pick up the gun and was treated like a criminal by a bunch of nervous red faced sweaty guys for mentioning how much my wife would love this gun too. She by the way has a valid FOID also. Wow guys ease up a bit and pull your panties outa your ass. GO TO RINKS.

This place is absolutely the worst! I walk in there thinking about getting a p320x and since the is an "Elite Sig" store I thought this would be a good place to talk to someone about it. Well that most certainly did not happen. First I stood in front of the display for like 15 min waiting for help while a worker there just starred at me as if I was going to rob the place, then when I noticed him looking and asked for his help he completely ignored me. Then when someone finally "helped" me, it wasnt really helping more like supervising me... I liked the pistol was nice but I will not be supporting this place. Please avoid it if you can!

This place is crap the workers are very rude no customer service at all and as well as very judgemental as soon as I walked in they were just looking at me up and down and as soon as I walked to look at guns and this old cop guy asked rudely I need your Foid card! And moved his fingers as if he was defending money... If you like guns and like to travel go to Riglers guns in rockfalls il they give better customer service and the prices are way!!!! Like wayyyyy better

Honestly the worst gun shop around Chicago. The staff id VERY inexperienced and knows very little about the product. They are extremely rude in how they deal with customers (treat buyers a lot like cattle). Their prices are way over prices of other stores and they have store policies that go beyond even the crazy left wing Chicago Machine (the will not sell a gun to a Chicago resident without a Chicago Firearm Permit even though Illinois law allows Chicago gun residents to own guns).

Much better places to go and shop.

This is one of the rudest stores I have ever been in. They can t ask you nicely, instead they scream at you. I realize there are rules, but you can talk nicely to your customers, it was not necessary to be so rude and ignorant

Best high-end knife selection in Chicago and burbs. I came for a specific blade and the box was missing. The box assures resale value and the whole team worked together and found the proper box where it was misplaced. The manager was a little short with me but I didn t come for service, I came for the goods. I left satisfied.

Do yourself a favor:
Take a trip to Mega Sports to scout out various guns and figure out what you want. Next, drive over to a different gun store (preferably Rink's in Lockport) and buy a gun at a reasonable price from a friendly employee. This gun store has the worst customer service. I have been talked down to multiple times here, probably because I'm a woman but I'm sure it happens all the time to men coming in here too. Also, their prices are through the roof. I use them all the time just to look at what guns are out on the market. Sorry, not sorry.

I've never had the kind of problems I see described in some of the negative reviews. I have seen African Americans on the range having a good time. For a time, they weren't allowing non-FOID card holders into the store. Still not sure of the reasons but it was during the heightened scrutiny post-Sandy Hook. Prices are a bit higher but the selection is great. I do admit that I have sometimes gone in to do some hands-on with a gun and then went and ordered online. They probably get that a lot and maybe that explains some of the tension between staff and customer. Certainly not an excuse but maybe a reason. In the end, they seem to be doing something right because they went from little more than a hole in the wall to a beautiful modern facility.

Possibly the worst customer service on the planet. The ONLY i repeat ONLY ONLY ONLY thing they have going for them is selection. Their policies are over the top far beyond whats required by the state of Illinois and that is saying a lot. The employees are extremely rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by letting you purchase from them. No wonder so many people I know hate this store.

Horrible customer service. Unfriendly and unhelpful sales people. Waited at the counter for almost an hour just to be blown off. I cannot stress enough how rude the employees are. Whether they are understaffed or look to hire people with such negative attitudes is unclear. I can say with 100% certainty I will never come back here.

Nice people , but don't go there if you live in Cook County, they have a Policy to not sell to anyone in Cook County , they will not ship to any stores in Cook County either
