In a great mood when i walked in, greeted with smiles. Everyone was nice and willing to answer questions and help with a situation. And the process was quick and painless.

Next day appointment! They were extremely professional and got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. Tele-health appointment was so convenient!!

I just can't understand how this place has so many high ratings! First, I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time and still wasn't going to be seen for another 30 minutes, at least. They couldn't have cared less. Sitting in the overcrowded, shabby waiting room really didn't do much to make the waiting easier, either.

I made an appointment to apply for my card. The staff is amazing! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They were helpful and caring and really listened to me. Honestly, it was the best experience I have had in a long time.

Had to get a renewal, the staff was great,the doctor himself however, was not. Didn't evaluate me, looked over my paperwork and denied me for not having medical records. Explained to him that I had recently moved from Denver and was unable to access my records. I've had my card for years with no issues. Even after I got another medical record that did work he still didn't evaluate me, just looked over the paperwork. Didn't ask my pain level didn't even bother asking what happened and why I was getting a card. but if I would of have said I had cramps with no medical record I would of been approved like nothing. He clearly doesn't care. I don't appreciate jumping through hoops to prove I need medical treatment.

For years I have been suffering leg & feet swelling & pain. Unfortunately, for me, prescription medications haven't helped.
As someone who is new to medical marijuana I was very lost in how the whole process works.
Medical Marijuana Clinics was easy to schedule, they text/e-mail you everything you need/need to know. The doctor was incredibly nice & helpful. He listened to me & took my pain serious. Very friendly. He was able to help me get my MMJ/MML within 3 days after my appointment!
Weather you're new to medical marijuana or just need a renewal for your MMJ/MML, I highly recommend this clinic!

I had already started my process online for my medical card so I only needed to fill out paperwork & see the doctor. They do provide help if you need it submitting it to the state, etc. Definitely recommend.

It is a good place for a first time Medical Marijuana Card (red card) applicants. The staff were kind. Dr. Rechl was a compassionate doctor who listens. I would recommend this clinic.

Super friendly and helpful staff. When it came time to fill out the application for the registry it was easy with letting them navigate the website til i filled out the info. I should have done this a few yrs ago. Oh P.S. ~Veteran Discounts~ got to love saving money where you can.

I began looking into options for getting my medical marijuana card on Wednesday 9-26-18, after talking to multiple doctors and receptionists I felt pretty overwhelmed. I decided to call Medical Alternatives, everything was broken down and made simple, I got an appointment for the following day, and already have my medical card as of 9-27-18. This was an amazing experience!

The receptionist is always extremely friendly and helpful! I made a mistake on my end and have had to do a little back and forth with the office to get my problem resolved and she is ON IT! I started my card here and did the walk in experience, which was lovely, and then just renewed with the online process which flowed rather seamless excluding my error. Dr. R has been very friendly, conversational but to the point and quick! Highly recommend!

awful! I made an appointment for 1040, wasn t seen until 1130. Because they don t go by Appointments, they go by when who finishes their paper work first. I went in, paid, saw the doctor and was told I needed medical records. On the website, it clearly states you don t need them. And I thought the point for this clinic is to get my card, not send me somewhere else. They also keep your money regardless if you get it or not.

It was not a very long wait, the longest part of it was filling out all the paperwork.The front desk girl was very helpful and friendly considering she was by herself and multi tasking.The doctor was nice and answered any questions I had! I would recommend this office for your medical Marijuana card!
