Can't recommend this place enough. I've had bad experiences with other similar places, such as Doctors of Natural Medicine. Despite meeting multiple qualifications, I've been sent out the door without the doctor even opening my file due to my age (I'm over 18, but under 21.) At Medical Alternatives, I was treated like an adult. The receptionist, Angel, was incredibly helpful and the doctor was professional and kind. Thank you so much for allowing me to legally take care of my pain and illnesses without pills.

This office was and is everything I expected and more. Pete was my first point of contact and he guided me through everything I needed to know for my application, and documents that I needed for my appointment with the Doctor. This is a very, very busy office, but I was treated with dignity and respect as in any other medical facility. I highly recommend a visit or at least a phone call if you are hesitant about filling out an application. Everybody is extremely knowledgeable about this highly volatile subject that is helping hundreds and thousands of people worldwide. I can only hope that the people that make the decisions for the betterment of this country will open their eyes, hearts and minds and at least allow proper testing of this incredible, NATURAL, God-given plant so they can see for themselves what an incredible gift we have. Relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

I went to get my medical licenses through Medical Alternatives Clinics , from the first phone call Amber was professional !! Knowledgeable helpful and just a good at her job !

I m not the type to do reviews but I needed more help to get my license and every time I called her she went out of her way for me and was so nice every time !!

I had to take time and say good job ! It s nice to do business with someone who cares and knows what they are doing Amber!!

Great experience! I'm a brand new patient and it took about 15 minutes to get everything done. Super friendly staff was helping everyone who needed assistance with the online portion. Would recommend to anybody looking for a place to get evaluated!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND (no pun intended) this place!! I have NEVER had a problem in getting my red card, going thru them..why? Because they MAKE SURE u get your Red Card, even if it means visiting their office (though I didn't need to do that this time). The Dr here is phenomenal; very clear in speaking to you, during your phone appointment; they are patient and understand your needs!! I will never go through any one else, except "Dr Reimers" office!!

My first experience was great. Aisha was on point. She was very knowledgeable about her job. Very fast, Smart and nice people. She also has my Big Sister Namesake and spelled the same way. How cool is that? Lol. Even when I had problem at the dispensary I was able to still call Aisha and she help me and spoke with the dispensary people. I love her. She is so helpful & patience. Thank you for great experience. You have my business all day.

I found Medical Alternatives Clinics to be professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I suffer from Parkinson s Disease and Rheumatoid Arthritis, I cannot afford Rheumatoid Arthritis meds and my RA is not being treated at all. Needless to say the pain from both maladies is chronic and anxiety producing. I am looking forward to some relief. Thank you for all you did for me!

I've been a repeat customer but have to look for another place to file my documents next year when I reapply, this doctors office messed up my paperwork that was submitted to the state, I called to have the issue resolved and the young man informed me the doctor would fix my paperwork at the end of the day, I'm guessing this is after the doctor could make as much money as he could during the day, while I am hurting without my medicine! Also big shout out for lying to me about calling me back today by end of business! I've had my medical card for 7 years now and have never experienced such poor service.

Started out with a inviting phone call I had with there representative Peter. He was wonderful helped guide along each question I had and let me know about their great discounts. I took a buddy there a few months ago. The physician "examined" him for over 45 minutes. Only to request a doctor's note in the end! NO RED CARD. Just a waste of time and money. No refunds!
