Although they were busy, they still were fairly timely and were very polite. They were able to answer my questions honestly and had no issues with my appointment. The long wait wasn t a big deal. :)

First of all I would like to say that if anyone has been wanting to get their medical marijuana card in CO but has been putting it off, NOW is the perfect time to do it! With covid19 restrictions still in effect, the entire process was done at home over the phone.

Medical Alternatives Clinics utilizes an app which you download to your phone, that literally walks you through the entire process step-by-step. This includes everything from booking your appointment with the doctor by phone. Friendly reminders of your approaching phone call from the doctor. And after the call, the app along with a text message walks you through the process of registering with the state medical marijuana registry with all the links that take you exactly where you need, to complete the process.

I was very impressed with how easy the people at Medical Alternatives Clinics made the process, and quite impressed all together the experience! The only regret I have is not doing this sooner.

This clinic is pretty awesome. I used to travel all the way to Denver to see my pain management Dr. 3 years ago I was in a horrible collision with a semi head on. When I got outta the hospital I couldn't get to Denver so I went to Medical Alternatives and really liked the place. They have had me as a loyal patient for 3 years now.

This a great place to come I am returning and they are very helpful .

I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at M.A.C. They were very professional, I have gone here for the last four years and was first denied this year for not having medical records with me. After securing the records from my doctor's office, I went back and they got it all straightened out. Aisha at the front desk was very helpful, and the doctor had some information that was very informative. I just wish I was told to bring medical records with me in the first place.

Made an appt, they were 48 minutes exactly behind on calling me back....making me late to other obligations. What's the point in an appt then?? Don't waste your time because they sure don't care about yours. ..

Despite the seemingly busy lobby, Chelton was very organized by himself and got everyone helped in an extremely quick and friendly manner.

Got my card a year ago here from DR. Reimer and the experience was great and easy. Reception was very friendly both visits.

Went now and got denied my renewal by a different doctor since I had no paperwork despite not needing it prior. Still got charged half the price for the visit just to fill out paperwork and get told no.

Unless you want to spend $45-50 to then be told you cannot get a card I would try another clinic.

Autisim awareness:The most rudest horrible experience I've ever had in my life. The doctor does not help minors I was physically poked on my shoulder and told I was gonna give my son brain damage if I give him cannabis I was not even yet settled in the room before I got a instant denial after traveling to springs that morning and everything was smoothed I paid the charge and got a yes from the same company different Dr in springs I had one more step and it was to go to the pueblo office and it was a disaster, as a mom I had to defend my self and fight for my child that is high function autism. I was told by the Dr autism is not one of the reasons and a week later the bill got passed that autisim is now on the paper work and a valid option I'd just like to put a warning if your looking for true help there the last place on Earth I'd ever advise some one to go with there children that truly need it.... PS this happen in March and the law change in April ... My son is still waiting for me to make the next move but the real discouragement excest by the way I was treated with this business... With my children next to me ....

The staff is amazing and super helpful! Also, the doctor is great because he is not the same as others doctors, who just hand out cards to nonmedical people. They all care about the patients and are really good on price,wait time and really quick filing the paperwork.

Quick, easy and painless. Had my new card within 24 hrs. Been going to Medical Alternatives for 8 years now and they are knowledge and helpful.

Wonderful caring staff very helpful and able to answer all my questions and concerns about my pain management.

I was interested in a new patient appointment. Peter helped us set it up and was fantastic. Very friendly and responsive with setting up a same day appointment. Even helped us find a coupon! Made the virtual visit simple and the process very clear. The doctor was thorough and explained the treatment plan well too. Definitely would recommend!

The most professional, educated and helpful staff I have ever met in a medical setting. I would recommend this clinic for first time and renewal applicants. They are heaven sent and will walk you through the process step by step.

Was able to schedule with no issues, got right in and right out. Clean atmosphere, Doctor was nice and quick, the application to the government was the longest part of the whole process which wasn t even bad at all. I went in on a Friday and was accepted by that next Monday!

FIRST- I very much enjoyed my interactions with the doctors, both of them, as the office hadn't notified the docs of a rescheduling. Very very pleasant nice folks.

Not a fan of Tiana that answers the phone. Instead of asking, How did you manage to set that type of appt? As far as we know, that shouldn t be possible online. She called me a liar, literally said You cant do that. After I had OBVIOUSLY already done it. Being good natured, I went ahead and explained the process I had used to set my appointment, at the end of our call. What I dont understand, is, how is it that she was the one with an attitude the rest of the call, when I was the one expressly called a liar? BUT, dont let this Tiana person shade your view of these docs. They are nice, pleasant folks, with respect for veterans and a desire to truly help people.

So much better than sitting and waiting for 2 hours in an office. The process was painless and easy. The Dr was delightful and spent time getting to know me a little. I'm a happy and loyal customer.

This telehealth process is by far the easiest, fastest, and most pleasant experience I've had in the last 5 years. My usual doc is double the price, and slightly less "personal". I hope to continue with this clinic, even though it's 2+ hours away. I highly recommend!!

I was having difficulty navigating through the state website to renew my medical license. Thankfully Tiana was able to assist me via telephone to finish the renewal process. She is a wonderful, helpful person. Definitely an asset to your company.

The staff here was friendly professional efficient and polite. I was honestly really nervous about my application but Dr. Reimer and the staff there made the process so easy for me. Just make sure you come prepared with the information they need and you'll be in and out in no time.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They guided me how to register/apply with state after seeing the Dr. I got my approval from the state that night. The only thing they didn t do was tell me how to get my medicine. I will figure it out, but I should have asked.

Rude rude staff!!!! I had some questions and they were very short and rude....talked down to. If i could give them a zero i would. One dr lomg lines and dont even bother to make an appointment because its on a first come first serve. Unprofessional dr eating while seeing paitents.

This is the LAST clinic that ..would recommend to anyone!!! I had an on-line appointment with the doctor and the appointment had to be paid for in advance (90.00). The doctor did not call at the appointed time. When I called to find out why, I was asked if I wanted another appointment, so I made one. Again, no doctor called. When I finally got in touch with someone at the clinic, I was asked if I wanted another appointment ...I said no that I wanted the refund of the 90.00 initial visit charge...I was assured that I could receive a refund if I so desired.
To date, I am still waiting for my refund. Patient, BEWARE!!!

I was worried this was just some scam set up.
I was very happy with the outcome. They Called on time was about a 20 min call had my recommendation emailed to me in less then 10 mins. I wont be going anywhere els for my renewal

It s our first time here, regerredto by a friend. The front desk woman is the entire experience! She s cute, so friendly and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr is also very nice. Strong recommend!
