Excellent care from check in through post op, every step of the way is caring and pleasant for both of my cataract surgeries. Everyone introduces themselves and what their job is. A rarity these days. The front desk and insurance verifier went above and beyond to take care of an insurance issue when I arrived the first time. All the nurses, anesthetists, anesthesiologists explain everything, are caring, and have a sense of humor!

The people here were professional and caring! The front desk, nurses, and doctors are all outstanding! My mother was treated with great care! Thank you so much !

Had a great and amazing experience the front desk staff was so kind to me they were funny relaxing the anesthesiologist is amazing they were having a hard time finding my veins he came out as an older gentleman and show them what seasoned expertise looks like after the procedure they took really good care of me and was very kind and gave follow-up phone calls

Extremely professional and friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile and answers any question you have. They make you feel comfortable and confident. I highly recommend this center.

Not impressed so far. Arrived at 7:15 a.m. and still sitting in the waiting room at 9:20. Got up at 5:30 this morning to be here on time and for what? Not cool ... not cool at all.

Great Experience.....from front door to the car. Special thanks to Susie, Gina, Dr. Chance (all their experience was noticed) and Dr. Mark Biggers. Dr. Biggers is awesome, i cant say enough about how good OrthoOne has been.

I had an exceptional experience here. The staff was so kind and supportive. Everyone went out of their way to keep me comfortable. They talked with me, which calmed my nerves, and even brought me a machine that blew warm air when the blankets weren t enough to keep warm. I can t say enough good things about my experience.
