The whole process was great - made an appointment online - the staff and Dr. were very professional & courteous -- a special thanks to Aiesha for being so polite to an elderly person - she is truly a caring person, and that is an asset that we don't see much of, especially with the elderly which I am 63 in that category (sorta) Warm Regards, Dieter "Al" Borchers
