the staff is friendly and beyond helpful, the doctor was very understanding and took his time which I really appreciated. the wait was not long and I highly recommend coming to this office. I believe this is my 3rd or 4th year coming here now and I can not say enough awesome things about this wonderful staff!!! Thank you for your helpfulness and your amazing knowledge. Now that they have new owners and Dr Bruce is no longer the main guy there, it's just a money trap. The process is all online so expect maybe one time to talk to a person. Expect them to try as fast as possible to get your money and get you off the phone. Then tell you your forms are filled out completely always in a rush so it takes you almost 2 weeks to get anything. Absolutely only about money and it sounds like the employees are super stressed. They Will mever get my money again.

Absolutely awful! I was told over the phone that to renew a card it would cost a total of $100. She stated that returning customers get a discount but she could not tell me the discount "to keep her safe." How am I supposed to know if I will be paying $100 or $50 unless I know what the discount is. They have very high prices to begin with so I urge anyone to look elsewhere for medical services. The he women I spoke with on the phone had no clue what She was doing and they did just raise there prices anyway so you can get much better service just about anywhere else.

For starts, when I went to the location, I was greeted by the office manager, Chelton, warmly and he was so helpful! It became very busy but he was running out and helping everyone and not missing a thing. He is on it!

I was having trouble with the state activating my account and Chelton was just absolutely phenomenal, caring, and helpful. I know how busy the office is but he went out of his way to ensure that I was helped in a timely manner and was very consistent, professional, and helpful. I won t go to another alternative medical location because everyone is so amazing at this location.

Came to these guys to get my card previously, had an awesome experience. In the process of getting my card renewed again, staff is very courteous and helpful. Friendly environment and calm atmosphere. I recommend anyone trying to apply for their MMJ card, to come here. They will help you with all of your needs and answer any questions you may have. I will come back to renew next time.

I m an older person, a first timer and the people there were very helpful, the place was clean and neat. Not sketchy at all. The doctor took time to talk to me and I did not feel like a number. I highly recommend Med Alt Clinics!

It's always been a very easy process to renew my card with Medical Alternatives, both the staff and doctors are very helpful with walking you through the entire process of obtaining/renewing your card. And with some changes made by the state last year, the entire process takes between 48-72 hours, as opposed to years past where it could take up to a month to receive your new card.

They were amazing fast and affordable. They know what they are doing i was seen the same day. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

So far, I have had a wonderful experience! I had some confusion setting up my appointmemt during these COVID-19 times. I called and left a message and Lizzy returned my call promptly and walked me through it. I was able to get an appointment today and I feel at ease with the process. Nice folks so far! Looking forward to speaking with a doctor to discuss my alternative options.

Super helpful and understanding.. After a short interview i was explained the application process. Went online and after about 4 or 5 pages i was completed. Next day i was accepted no issues.. Ez-peaZ

Out of the 5yrs I ve dealt with this place I ve never felt this way I tried to renew my card before my old card expires which they always recommend to do so u have no gap time in between I paid 450$ to the website which it clearly stated epc how I ended up with a standard amount is beyond me.this is the second week trying to resolve this matter. I will keep this in mind I could have done something else responsibly with my funds in this pandemic.And now It seems like I m getting bad vibes like I did something wrong

Professional and friendly staff. I like that the services provided are fast and efficient especially for renewal patients. Come ready with your username and password for your marijuana card on the Colorado.gov website. They cannot assist you with that type of information. It is easy to reset it on the website if you forgot.

I love this place. I used to go to another office where no matter when my appointment was, I always had to wait an hour to an hour and a half to be seen by the doctor. This office is amazing. My appointment was at 1. There's an accident on the highway so I was about 10 minutes late. I arrived at 1:10. I filled out paperwork, was seen by the doctor, and was guided through the online registration system. And I still left the office at 1:40 with everything done. They are fantastic! Friendly and accommodating!

Went to Colo springs location. Gentleman at front desk was amazing! Think he's name was Sheldon or something like that young guy.

I have had a great experience getting my medical card! I scheduled a phone appointment online for that day and was able to speak with the doctor just a few hours later. He approved my card got my approval uploaded quickly. The state quickly approved my application and now, less than 48 hours after my appointment, I have my med card! Super simple and I will definitely be back when I need to renew. Thank you!
