This place was fantastic! Angel lights up the waiting room with her upbeat energy and the gentleman facilitating the paperwork after the appointment were just as amazing. The visit was friendly yet professional and done in about 30 min.

This was an amazing place, I was able to setup my new patient evaluation appointment online, paid the $90 fee, had my appointment with the doctor over phone (due to covid-19 compliance) and got approved with no issues or troubles!

I am shocked to see the bad stories. I have never made an appointment and actually like their walk-in status. Some people insist on having one though. I can buy my money order there now and everything has always been completed and ready to mail. He is extremely nice.

Always puts a smile on my face here! Not your average awkward waiting room, the front desk woman who has been here since I started visiting this office is lively and makes checking in multiple clients at a time look effortless and it s nice to share some laughs with strangers rather than all of us sitting looking at our phones. Doctors have been great and kind and ask the right questions. Never a hold up here- in and out! Thank you :)

Service was very friendly and the entire process was quick! They helped answer any questions we had and made everything as painless as possible.

WOW, went in today at 12:30PM for my appointment and got my medical renewal card by 3:30PM the same day.
Aiesha was working the front desk and I have never met someone so professional and friendly. That girl was on her game and the office was running like a well oiled machine.
Not only was she getting folks in and out of there, but she was complimenting people on their outfits and just brought a smile to my day!

This is my second year coming here and after today, I WLL GO NO PLACE ELSE!

This was by far the best experience renewing my MMJ license. The Dr who conducted the interview was courteous, thorough but to the point. Colorado should make this an option moving forward.

I ve been to this clinic about 3 times and each time I come the workers at the desk are always very helpful and I don t spend more than an hour waiting.

Staff is very helpful, place is busy so don't be in a hurry, need to be phone or computer literate but they will help you if you are not, got card same day.

Flawless experience, extremely efficient and goal was met.

After my awful experience with them, I started to see Dr. Moshrefi at Holistic Healing Health and am soooo glad I did. I feel so much better now and my thyroid hormones have actually been in balance for the first time in many years and I feel like a brand new person.

The customer service at this medical clinic is SUPERB, despite the extremely high walk-in traffic on 4/20 Eve. Ayisha (sp?) deserves a R.A.I.S.E. and I know I spelled that right!

It was quick and easy to renew, made a next day appointment and received my card in days! The first instruction given by Medical Alternative was to click on "Awaiting physician certification", which is nowhere to be found on the registry page. Everything else was pretty accurate. Friendly straight forward environment, very easy and fast!! Would recommend someone new, no need to be nervous very simple and friendly.

They made my renewal very easy. I was able speak to the doctor, explain my condition and have him review my meds. He seemed knowledgeable and the state had his approval within minutes. Two days later and I just got home from the dispensary. Almost too easy!
