Very rude staff in the service area. Especially the employee with the slightly longer hair. Such insinuations and unfriendliness belong in a small room and not on the service counter.

They easily find time and gladly advise and help. The prices are worth comparison with online stores. Access to a good, large car park downstairs. Going to watch and buy :)

wenn ihr schon euren Mitarbeiter ein paar Gesetze zum lernen gebt, vorallem eurem Filialleiter, dann schaut doch auch bitte, dass sie diese richtig lernen. Vorallem solltet ihr euch den Paragraphen 439 im BGB anschauen und verinnerlichen ;)

Employees from the Bluetooth speaker department ...

I just tried a couple of speakers and it was not that loud and I wanted to buy it afterwards. The young employee came and said 'hello, if you don't listen to the music at the same time it is not so stressful for us'. But the others who are there heard the music were not my friends. Until then I understood a little bit but then he asked: Okay how much money do you want to put in? that sounds like i have no money ?? I wanted to buy a LG TV and a speaker that day, but after that I just went home. that was really super rude and I will never buy anything.
