Very Bad experience :

last week(September 25 2018) I ordered a fridge,wash machine and dryer and a TV. They promised me that it will be delivered by Friday(Sep 28th) and then on Friday as I did not receive any notification about the appointment ,I went by the store to ask for the update and they said it was just received at the inventory and it will be dispatched by Monday ( Oct 1st).

Meanwhile i got many false mails about wrong delivery of items( like wrong wash machine model) and I need to follow up with them to fix this.

On Sunday (Sep 30) I got a mail saying only 2 items can be delivered instead of 3 as the wash machine is out of stock.

On Oct 1st I receive a call saying that now the items are broken that are in inventory and I get the items by Wednesday(Oct 3rd).

This does not seems to me so professional. And if I would have known that items are delayed by a week ( and still not sure about the delivery) I could have chosen for some other options.
