extremely poor quality of customer service. i bought a TV including all audio surrounding on the 01/11/2019 and since then i haven't been contacted either by mediamarkt although they ensure me that they will call me back. i had to call again on the 26/11 and still status quo. they have to look when my purchase can be delivered..... what a shame
