It is very disappointing when a well-known organization does not keep its agreement / promise. The seller agrees with me that the delivery will take place on Tuesday. So I take time off and wait for the delivery. I waited from 09:00 to 21:00 for a delivery that would never be delivered on Tuesday. Both MediaMarkt and the delivery person are negligent in their agreements. It is therefore very unfortunate that MediaMarkt does not have the entrepreneurship to accept the mistake they have made and to compensate the customer for the time he does not get back. When you think of electronics, MediaMarkt is usually the first thing that comes to mind. For MediaMarkt you are only a EURO sign and nothing more. Have the product now found elsewhere for cheaper and at a company that does stick to the agreements. It is not that MediaMarkt is doing you a favor by delivering the product, because you simply pay for it. Do yourself well and think carefully before entering the store.

The staff is poorly informed, they don't really know what they are talking about. Just to give an example the guy at the camera department didn't know what breaketing is. I asked for one specific camera and they gave me the wrong box. I realized when I paid since the price was different. Despite I immediately told the cashier I had to go though the product return procedure, which is of course very slow. At least I got my money back in cash immediately, but the guy at the desk got pissed off because I didn't accept to replace the camera with the correct model only because the color was not the one I wanted.
The placement of products is also quite poor, you have gaming laptops mixed with cheap Chinese laptops all together. Prices for old stuff is also crazy high as they were just been released. Of course just forget asking something about laptops to the staff, they are even less knowledgeable than the ones in the cameras department. Long story short just go there to see a product in person (if they have it) and buy on amazon or wherever else.

Average service of some employees, to the point that I had to find one to help me. Lift did not work that day so I had to carry my stroller to the next floor, while the staff was not very excited about this. Not my best experience compared to other shops of the same company

I like them because their service is so good. Of course sometimes they are also late. But even then they manage to fix it somehow. And when things go wrong after delivery, they are very quick to fix and deal with the problem. In all, you can complain all day about everything or you can appreciate the service the manage to maintain in spite of all the stores they have acquired.

Once I had ordered a tv and the tv was late. What they did was offer a discount and a coupon code. Of course they cannot move mountains but if you compare them with others then you will see the difference. Coolblue truly has their customer service as priority. As a customer I appreciate that and experience the extra level of effort.

Besides that they have their 30-day-no-questions-asked-warranty. What else do you want? You can test anything and everything before you decide which to buy. To me that is something to value.

Wrong item selected and staff made us aware leave them. Took us an hour to go back and forth for the exchange. Not a customer-friendly person at Samsung! Your goal's not to annoy customers! Next time I just buy my item online!

Good store to view a product, do not expect sound substantive advice. You will certainly not get this unsolicited, before you have found an employee who can say something about the product, you have also found the answer on the many internet forums.
So only to get a picture I would go to the store. Good advice and information is easier on the internet and the purchase price is also lower online.

I had placed an order online that I had picked up at the store. This pays in the store with credit card. Once at home it turned out that the wrong item had been added (older model). I returned to the store on January 3 and returned it. Now I still have not received my money back. Called twice with employees who could not tell me anything useful. Back office now says it should arrive within 7 (!) Working days. So I have to wait a month and a half for a refund that was unnecessary due to a mistake by them!

The large selection of electronics, many quality brands, is so much that it is difficult for the buyer to navigate without expert assistance. The store is clear and the service is helpful. I warmly recommend.

Everything you can think of that's electrical or electronic you can probably find here. Over two huge floors. Most things are in stock. There is a delivery service and service is pretty good, though sale time can be busy.

Loved it. So my recommendation, don't go here if you don't plan on buying any electronics yet. Go without your cash or card to scout on what you wanna get then come back later, otherwise before you know it you will be going back home with all sorts of gadgets that were not on your budget.. .

Purchased a laptop for school in late 2019. Was a good one for a child for school. Turns out it was made in 2016 ... Thing is so old that we had to get a new one, because certain things don't even run on it anymore. The keys fell off after 2 weeks ... Sent ... get a bill of 79 euros for a new keyboard and that's it. Vacuum cleaner bought broken ... returned ... After 6 months patiently waiting there. Apparently nothing has been done with it. They had to have an agreement, they were told. This while there was still 1 year warranty on it. In the end it was made ... After almost 7 months back. You just miss a 7 month warranty. Not at all against leniency.
Bought a microwave at another Mediamarkt, because there was no round oven dish. Back, their bells ... there would be one somewhere at another Media Markt. Extra after that ... they knew nothing. To make a long story short ... From now on, order everything from Bol.com or Whekamp .. They are much easier than those rude Market farmers from the Media Markt .... In addition ... Finally have my money since 3 weeks got back ... was that necessary? Sin of the bad revieuw again.

Good media market with a very wide range. Lower floor is a bit chaotic. All in all worth it. Staff is helpful, but the size of the company sometimes they lose sight of customers. The tying that takes place in the company for energy suppliers is tiring.

What a disappointment. After checking the Mediamarkt website, the computer that we are interested in could be seen here. We come and it is only available in the box. No possibility to see the computer (or a comparable model of the same brand). Not a strange question to me if you want to spend an amount of 1400 ??? !! Unforeseen things back home ....

Client service is non existent. I came back to get an item that i already saw online so all i wanted was to see it live and order. But first none of the staff wondered why i was desperately looking for their attention, then the one i approched handed me to his colleague who after helping the customer he was busy with, just left and never came back to me. Then when the 1st staff member i spoke to came back, he just pointed the item to me and left. I had to leave the store without purchasing the item as poor service is just unacceptable!

The media market here is one of the better in the ...

The media market here is one of the better in the Amsterdam region. In any case, you do not always have the story that the product is out of stock. The store is spacious and has many different products to choose from.

The media market here will probably want it differently, but it seems like they just don't want anyone to visit this neighborhood by car despite the huge parking garage that is there. What a rate, online shopping becomes very affordable.

A nice large Media Market that is completely packed with articles. This media market consists of two floors, so you should always look where you need to go for the item you need. It can also be extremely busy and with a limited number of cash registers, you sometimes have to wait. There is a wide range available with nice offers.

The best experience I've had in an electronics store.

Desperately looking for a new phone after mine suddenly broke I found myself in Media Markt this morning. I was advised by a lovely, funny team of phone experts who understood my price/quality ratio I was looking for and who helped me find the accessories for my new device.

They passed the baton to the service point team who helped me protect my device with a screen and allowed me to sit at their 'help bar' for so long I became part of the furniture. A huge thank you to these guys who did a lot to help me recover from what had, quite frankly, been a tumultuous 24 hours and fed me both coffee and wifi.

Large assortment is a big plus.

Large assortment is a big plus.
But with the staff you have to be a little lucky that you just meet that one friendly employee.
Security really sucks.
But there too you can be lucky that you happen to meet the right people.
If you need a lot of medication for necessity, you have to hope that it will fit in your pockets, because they no longer make an arrangement that they can look in your bag afterwards.
Those men did not even want to listen to me, while at other (Media Markt) locations I was always addressed and treated nicely.
But they do have many articles. And in some cases also the best price. But certainly not always.
Furthermore, just a nice shop to browse around. Very large branch.
