I had placed an order online that I had picked up ...

I had placed an order online that I had picked up at the store. This pays in the store with credit card. Once at home it turned out that the wrong item had been added (older model). I returned to the store on January 3 and returned it. Now I still have not received my money back. Called twice with employees who could not tell me anything useful. Back office now says it should arrive within 7 (!) Working days. So I have to wait a month and a half for a refund that was unnecessary due to a mistake by them!
