The experience here was great. Neiman was really great from the start until the end of the buying process. He was very nice and was willing to help go the extra mile. Good place to come for first time buyers.

I had a very great experience julius johnson and his service manger took very good care of us and go us the best rate we could get on 2011 duramax he even we out his way to drive 1hr 20min to finish signing paper i can say in would definitely do business with mcleod auto again thank you again julius and mcleod auto

Initially I gave them a 5 star rating. I regret that! I purchased a vehicle on 7/7/2020. Signed all the papers and took possession of this vehicle. Two weeks later I get a call that the financing didn t go through and if I wanted to keep the car I was in I had to give them $2000.00. My other option was to get a car I didn t want or return the car I purchased . After a week of dealing with them about this mess I returned the car. The problem I have now is I put close to $400 in that car ( window tint, XM radio, floor mats, etc) and they refuse to give me my money back.
Stay away from this place at all costs! They are in the business of screwing people over and taking advantage of them.

Julius and Dean worked so hard for my husband and I to get us into a great truck and the one that we wanted. Joshua Greene was our sales person and I have to say he was amazing to us. He did everything he could to make sure we walked out with a car the same day. He really made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. I was so amazed on how he told us how we can improve our credit and he had some awesome tips. I have purchased cars at other places in the past but I can say I never had such a pleasurable experience as I did at Mcleod Auto Sales. I am walking out with a wonderful vehicle for a decent price. I do not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from here they take trade ins with no title and turn around and sell it! very shady!!!

I bought my first car here and Joe made the whole process easy as can be. I recommend this dealership to all buyers especially first time buyers like myself.

The place isn't bad, small selection of vehicles. The staff are relatively friendly. However the radio add is a bait and switch the .10 down is only for folks with great to above great credit. No such thing as credit amnesty, and the website is not updated to reflect sold cars, neither is the staff. I called and asked about 2 trucks and 1 has been sold for 2 days now and still on web site. Had I known that one truck was sold, I would have never gone down there, nor had them run my credit. Not very pleased at all. Seems as though they are hurting for customers.

When I visited the dealership some of the salesmen seemed friendly, but the majority of the team and management were very rude and cold. I find it very unprofessional that when I tried to call and ask questions I could not get a hold of anyone. Someone would answer the phone, but they would say I will have someone call you back. I never received a call. I tried this for two weeks.

Oh how I love thee, let me count the ways! 1...the heartwarmed welcome 2...the professionalism 3...the personable service. 4...the transparency. 5...the frankness. Monday spent 2 1/2 hours with a sales rep, but they couldn't get me an answer on financing. Tuesday, I play phone tag & exchange text messages with the sales rep, but keep being told they're working on it, even after speaking with the finance company myself. Wednesday the sales rep doesn't answer my calls or return any texts. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

I m so pleased with my experience at McLeod, I m financing my first vehicle and Stephanie made it so easy and made sure I was taken care of and in a car that is perfect for me and my family. She was so genuine and made sure I understood everything that she was doing and saying!

Came in today with my family in need of a more reliable vehicle. Prior to driving to Killeen, I had called ahead and spoke with Sabrina. She was very sweet and reassured me that the staff could work with me and my current situation. I walked the lot and found several clean, nice vehicles that I was interested in. Levi, Dean and John were extremely helpful, made me feel comfortable with my purchase and even made my kiddos feel welcome tey were starting to get hangry after being out all day. I test drove the vehicle and was immediately impressed and felt reassured that I was being sold something high-quality and not a lemon like other dealerships I have dealt with. John and Levi even helped me take a picture with my new vehicle. We are all super happy about the process, staff and the end result--having a reliable vehicle for my family. I just got my car from Mcleods 4 months ago its already having severe problems and been in there shop for almost 2 weeks. My car payments are high and they told me before buying the car nothing was wrong at all with the car they even tried showing us the Carfax. Now its not determined fully what the main issue is but other then that they were pretty persuasive in getting us to buy the car.

Went in just to look and hopefully find something I liked and matched my budget. Alton was excited and 100% committed to me finding something I loved and could afford comfortably! A complete waste of time. I spoke with Darcia earlier in the day. She had all of our information. She said everything was good to go. We arrived no one spoke , I stopped someone to see if they could help us. The amnesty program is just to get you in the door.. We waited for them to ask for a 3600.00 Down payment.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! Read pass all the fake lies in the great reviews!!!
