Worst place ever !!!! Their process is horrible. They won t give your prices for the car only until they run your credit. And when they run your credit it s 3-5 inquiries if not more. Worst experience ever.

Well lets start with the fact that I was there all day, they took my trade in and then I bought one of there trucks a chevy 1500 lifted 04, I took it home and I get a call the next morning saying we need you to bring the truck back. so I did and they tell me that they cant get the title for the vehicle and that they were going to let me choose another vehicle but all the other ones were so damn expensive and over priced, they bascally got me to buy a vehicle for a good deal then take it back just to get one of there high priced vehicles. These people are a joke and they will screw you over bad, don't waste your time with these clowns. I drove by the dealership yesterday and guess what its up there in the front of the lot for sale again wow you people are idiots. They think they will get away with screwing people over I guess we will see how that works out for them. I will definitely be informing my soldiers and my chain of command and all my friends to never ever buy a vehicle from here and hopefully I can get this place black listed.

From the time we walked into the door we were greeted with excellent customer service especially from Mikal. He explained everything in great detail to make sure we understood everything. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. We are thrilled to be driving away in our new car!!!

My boyfriend and I had been looking for a vehicle for months- we had no success since we were first time buyers. We randomly found McLeod Auto Sales when looking online and made a 3 hour drive here. We had one thing we were looking for- getting us out of here with a vehicle, and that happened! We are walking out with a vehicle in our budget and it was hassle free! Stephanie and the manager were GREAT to us, we will definitely be coming back. We advise everyone to come!!

However I call McLeod Auto Sales and when I say they took care of me especially Ms. Sabrina in the BDC Dept. She had me greeted with not 1 but 2 bottles of water. I felt very special of that. So when I walked into McLeod s I was greeted by Stephanie. I immediately told her I wasn t going to buy a car , my credit was not the best , and I didn t have a down payment . I was just here to browse . She was patient, walked around the lot with me, we test drove 2 cars, and we talked about budget. She was interested in my wants and really and made sure I had options. This company is about as judgements as it gets.... working for them for almost a month I thought I had found my dream job.. while they made it seem great at first one particular manager turned quick... I found out I was pregnant and I was let go, which is discrimination for one... two, I had doctors appointments and provided medical proof that I was there seeing the doctor and they still let me go. They will be hearing from my lawyer and I plan to have them get what they deserve.. if you value honesty, trustworthy employees, avoid this place at all costs..

Daniel was amazing. I told him I did not want to leave without a car and he made sure I left in a car I absolutely loved. I definitely recommend going car shopping there. When you do ask for Daniel, he will make sure you get everything you want.

If you want to get ripped off and in need of unreliable vehicles this is the place for you. The sales men here don't know their cars and the prices. If I could give them less stars I would.

My husband and I were recently in a week long car fiasco. We needed a vehicle that was afforable and dependable, and we needed it in a hurry. We came to McLeod down on our luck, but in two days we pulled away with a car. The staff are very friendly and always offering snacks and refreshments. They truly hustled hard to get us a vehicle. Mrs. Danielle helped us and she was amazing. I highly recommend her and this wonderful dealership.

First time car buyer and my experience here with Stephanie was great. Even with my bad credit and no down payment they were able to do all they could to get me into a vehicle. And they did! Started by looking online and then phone calls to in person with sales associate Morgan is so pleasant and professional to the financing manager Nic they all worked hard and got me in a new van. Went back in for them to fix a few problems. The manager was very nice and helpful and got our truck in the bay right away.

Good salespeople greeted me when I came in was helpful through the whole process and actually asked questions and was willing to listen to feedback. While waiting other staff checked to see if I needed anything while waiting.

I want to give a big shout out to my man Alejandro for keeping it organic with me through the whole process , his approach was very professional & I m thankful for that guy . Definitely need more people like him in the world . Good Job Alejandro

Went in to just see about one car, the only car we were interested in. No one would give us a price on it...even after they did their credit check and all that mess. We have our own financing so why would you need to run our credit????? I just wanted the price...
And also, I got FOUR hard inquiries on my credit, not one, not two.
I estimated how much the vehicle would be from what We we re told the payments would be for us...and it s over priced. Wasted a couple hours of our time. Thanks.
On the bright side, the main sales person we talked to was cool, I d give him my business again at another dealership.

Over priced and ripping people off, took my niece here and they were trying to sell her a 2 year old car with 50,000 miles for more than the exact same model brand new, 2k more to be exact and tried to tell here that is the price they go for... No....no it's not, when you can pull up the same vehicle on a dealer page and prove it, they walk away because you aren't the average car shopper and they cant trick you into a horrible deal

Be very careful with these people, inquired about a truck, they were very shady in looking at my trade in, signed a 24 hour test drive agreement for said truck (2016 tundra) they then asked how I was enjoying it and I told them that I was not happy with the vehicle, they then decided to pickup the truck and exchange my truck back to me at my place of work before we could discuss why I was upset, so instead of "how can we make it right" they then quickly wanted to cut and run, strongly would not recommend, especially if you are a member of the armed forces, the truck i was looking at was $5,000 over priced by KBB and the 'sales manager' said that they had to pay for the lift, wheels and tires, (the tires were not new and were very warn and dry rotted)... so that price is why.... its bogus, if you took that to any bank they would laugh you out of their finance department, this place is a sham and is like anyother fly by night 'gonna bend you over' dealership...what a joke.

Stephanie was amazing! She made us completely comfortable with the car buying process and helped us get into a nice car that we like with payments that are comfortable. I would recommend to everyone.

One of the lamest experiences ever. The salesman from Mississippi was annoying and rude. Told us that if we didn't wait for hours and hours we weren't committed because they had one finance manager.

My husband and I have been hearing commercials on the radio for McLeod Auto Sales so we decided to look at their inventory and found the vehicle we were looking for. We contacted them and immediately set up an appointment. We were skeptical as to whether or not we would even qualify for anything at all, much less the car we were looking at. I worked with Reuben, and honestly I was just expecting to look at a few cars just doing window shopping, but I ended up walking out with a new (to me) car! I was really impressed and he was super helpful and personable throughout the whole process! It was definitely completely polar opposite to what I was expecting the process to be like! My husband wasn t able to be here today but that wasn t a problem, Reuben helped get the info we needed from him over the phone and made the process completely seamless! Definitely recommend this place for people looking to buy a car!

McLeod has always done right by us. It does take a bit of time but that's because they are truly trying to get you the best deal they can! We were repeat customers trading in our old Cruze for a newer Explorer and the whole team did amazing work to get us what we wanted. Julius was great and friendly! Even bought us a Strawberry Soda lol! We will be back of course!

Rico was first to help my wife and I. Friendly and not pushy. I respected that. When I showed interested in a car, he helped us set up an application. Didnt get an answer right away so he assured us he would keep us up to date and informed. Well, that was the end of the positive experience. We left and I waited for a follow up from him the following day. I mean, they collected all our prudent personal information and all. But maybe he was busy so I called him, no answer. Receptionist said he must be busy so I left my name and number. No call back. Same thing happen the next day. Then I finally got a call at 7 in the evening, with nothing new to inform us of. But by morning he will have all the "details". Take a guess who never called. Skip Sunday, I went in person Monday and politely requested someone new to work with. Rico ignored us entirely without even an ounce of humbleness for his lazy tactics. Perhaps he didn't see a quick sale with us and put us on the back burner, Idk, but he lost my respect. Moving on, we get Ben! A "manager" who sympathized our recently unfavorable experience and assured us he will make things as smooth as possible. Well thank you Ben. Unfortunately, you ended up being just as helpful as Rico. I texted once. And called once. Patiently waiting. Took you two days to reply! Lol. At this point in fed up but, they have all my info and are dealing with banks on my behalf. Hard to ignore.
Well gentleman, I am permanent resident here. Not a soldier passing through. And my word of mouth recommendations will never steer anyone towards your business. And I would be cautious to anyone passing through. There is no sincerity in their customer relations. But Heck, maybe ill get a "sincere apology" on here because I took the time to write this. Its fake man, save it.
The Performance Motors is half a block down. Great people. VERY attentive to their customets. I DID purchase my vehicle, the same day I went there and am thrilled with my experience. I would at least take a look their first for anyone out shopping in that area.

We came to look at a vehicle and Kristopher Moore helped us out. He was incredibly helpful and made us feel like he was our long time freind helping us buy a car. I could not recommend his service enough. He made the stress of car shopping/buying non existent. Definitely ask for Kris (with a K) if you head into McLeod Auto.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The dime down is total BS. We went and started the process and 2 hours later and still waiting for the application process. We had to leave and they said they would work on it and call us back. We waited 5 hours and called them back to see where they were with the process and were told they would call us back. We had to keep calling them back and every time they would say they were talking to the banks and working out deals. They also stated they would be able to get us in with 0 down. Then they decided we needed to pay $1,000 down for title, licensing and tax. The next day we call and talk to him and we asked if they could look into what we could get into and didn't hear a thing. After we called again for the final time asking for the guy he never came to the phone and totally blew us off. I would not take my business there ever! Oh and every tjme you tell them a vehicle you like their excuse is "I'll have to call the bank and look at numbers to make sure the mileage isn't too high." Come to find out 2 weeka later we were not approved. If we knew that From the beginning then it would of been totally fine. It's the fact they dragged it put for 2 days and no return phone calls when they said they would.

I went in apprehensive about purchasing because I've never had a new vehicle and my credit is questionable and I didn't believe the commercials...They exceeded expectations by a long shot!! Stephanie gave me exemplary customer service and the whole process was quick and easy! I am still in disbelief that I'll be driving away this clean new truck!! Thanks y'all!!

I walked into the store not thinking I was going to drive off the lot with the car I wanted! Alton Midgette was my sales rep and he was awesome! He listened to what I was looking for and only had to pull out 1car! The mini SUV had everything I wanted in my 1st very own car! I got there at 10:30 in the morning and drove off the lot at 2!!!

Same as the other guy said. Great looking truck......and it stopped there. Bought it 4 months ago and in that time i've had to replace....air conditioning condenser, 2 heavy-duty batteries, winch controller, new door speakers, crank case seal, alignment. Additionally it had 7 open safety recalls out on it from Dodge. Now my head gasket is blown (2 k). And all the clean diesel delete work needs to be fixed. I took out a sizable loan for this great looking, non-running truck. Now ive missed 16 days work....and will have to beg my bank for a loan just to fix all this stuff. DO NOT STOP HERE FOR YOUR NEXT DIESEL!!!!! Almost forgot...didnt even have an air filter on.
